I have lived in Johnson City my whole life, and have extensive knowledge of many of the services here while dealing with my Mom, a double amputee. Last week I was in immediate need of a power scooter for a friend being discharged from the hospital. I was Blessed to speak with Ella at Coles. Coles was one of the first stores we shopped when we started shopping scooters for my 82 year old father. We shopped a good many others before returning to coles for the final decision and purchase. They are family owned and operated to begin. They are more knowledgeable than any other company we shopped. Very comfortable experience, extremely helpful and not pushy or overbearing. We are delighted with the scooter he bought. It's fairly simple to break down for loading and unloading. There is no other place to make your decision. I want to extend a Big Thank You to COLE'S MEDICAL SERVICES for the excellent care they have extended to me in preparation for my ankle surgery next Tuesday. Today they delivered my new Jazzy Scooter plus two ramps for my back entrance, plus a carrier for my car. Also they brought a new replacement for one of the two heavy duty lift chairs we had bought from them recently. Their prices have been reasonable, they are very cooperative, professional and helpful.
