The service, respect, and communication provided by Hoffman Ford Collision Center, specifically Jared Reiber, is second to none. From the initial estimate, to communicating with the insurance company and arranging a rental car, Jared was professional, easy to work with, and readily available to ensure minimal interruptions with my daily routine. Upon completion of my repairs, the bumper is in pristine condition. And they even washed and vacuumed my car- always going the extra mile! When in doubt, choose Hoffman Ford.

Just picked up my car earlier today. My car was hit while parked on our street and I needed to have the front driver door and fender replaced. While they did an excellent job and you’d never know there were any repairs made I do have to say communication was lacking. I was told I’d get a call once they knew when parts would be in so they could schedule my car, I had to call them to find that out. Was told I’d be given a call to tell me when the parts arrived, didn’t happen. I called 4 times for status updates and it was the only reason I knew anything! Also, if you’re using a card when you pay, check your account if your card declines! My deductible is $750, I was told my card declined so I used another card, I now have $1500 being held across 2 accounts as the first card did go through. I am now at the mercy of Hoffman to either try to collect on the “declined” card so I can dispute it or wait for it to fall off my account in 8 days… lady at the front desk refused to look into it and said it declined and she can’t do anything about it. It was confirmed with my bank that it was approved, which is why they can’t help me till we see what Hoffman does!

I regret taking my car to this collision and service of Hoffman! Not only did they lie to me numerous times stating my car was fixed, and upon arrival I find it not fixed! Then they tell me I’m going to be charged an additional $104 if they have to look into what they did not fix and find it was not apart of the accident… even though the issue only came after I got hit! They then say that it’s my park break sensor… I was told it was fixed, that it was broken and bounding around and then it was frozen?!!!! Wanted an extra $1500 out of me with a non at fault accident! I advised them give me my car and I will take it somewhere else. I got my car in the shop the following weekend after sitting from F-F on Saturday I got it inspected by another shop and they found my sway bar was broken! You mean just paid Hoffman and they said nothing about this!! HOFFMAN BROKE MY SWAY BAR because they were upset I disrespected them because as a woman I felt manipulated! How can one part of my car that was never on or damaged before the accident not be a part of the accident? And then I got told it was fixed!!! Then broken and bouncing around and then frozen! So I told them I would not waste another penny with them and give me my car!! Now my sway bar is broken that was never broken or mentioned during the accident… so how did that break when I wasn’t driving it?????

I hit a deer and decided to use Hoffman collision center for the repairs recommended by my insurance. What a horrible mistake I made. They returned my car with parts not even attached to the vehicle. The hood wasn't even centered on the car. The radiator wasn’t even screwed into the vehicle. The paint on the front bumper was chipped on the edge of a brand new bumper. The overspray on my vehicle was horrible. I returned my vehicle to have everything fixed. Once again the car was given back to me with paint overspray, the bumper was “fixed” by someone blobbing paint over the chipped area, parts still not attached to the vehicle. Not to mention this was a safety issue as my car was shaking from parts not being attached correctly! I spoke to the manager who said it would be fixed but he didn’t live up to his word. I took my vehicle to a different collision center to have to fixed the correct way! I would never recommend Hoffman Ford collision center to anyone!
