Chris was sooo help. I broke the fuel door on my 2019 Mercedes and was shopping around was quoted 590 at Mercedes called Chris took my car in and he fixed and repaired for 140 and it took less than 30 minutes. And he even buffed out some scratches on my car as a courtesy. Thank you so much my car is back look sexy. 😊

Mandy was awesome, she was so nice and gave me, not just a better deal then other body shops I went too, but the completion time and quality of their work was spot on. I was going to wait to write this review until I got my car back from them but if the work is anything like the customer service I have nothing to worry about… I was in an accident and was shocked to find out my full coverage insurance did not include car rental coverage. I can’t go weeks without a car and it wasn’t really ideal to pay hundreds of dollars for a rental on top of my deductible. This place saved me. Mandi (I think she’s the service writer) is so friendly and personable and she really knows her stuff. Not only did she provide me with a loaner car but after a few days when she called to touch base with me asked how I was liking the car I was honest and told her I pretty much hated it (an Infiniti QX30) because I needed something with a little more room in the back seat for my kids. She happily let me come in and switch the car to something more comfortable for me. Bless her heart Chris (I think he’s the owner, if not the owner he’s definitely the boss ) is just as nice and personable and they’ve all been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. If I have any complaints after I receive my car back I’ll update this review but I’m pretty confident that they’re going to do a great job.

Wow, i thought customer service was a lost art form, these people really go out of their way to do everything right. I had the worse experience with my insurance and they took over the process with dealing with my insurance so i could be stress free and i can honestly say the car looks better than when i got it new from the dealership! They also have rental cars a great deal if needed, five out five highly recommend!!!!

I got in an accident, and my front left side of my car was DESTROYED!! I thought it was for sure going to be totaled. Chris told me he could fix it and return it back as good as new. I was super skeptical, but in the end, my car came back absolutely perfect! They even cleaned and vacuumed my car. Chris was so communicative throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this business for anyone who has been in a car accident.

I went there this morning because I had a detailed car wash over the weekend and there was this section of my car that didn't get cleaned off and the guy who cleaned my car told me it was a serious paint issue. Once Chris at Collision Masters took one look at it, he told his employee to get a polish wax to see if it'll come off and indeed, it did. He then told me they will need about 15 minutes to take off the rest of the section and told me it was going to be free of charge. They went above and beyond and I appreciated Chris's work ethic with being fully transparent and honest. Other places would have easily charged me and Chris was genuine. This is what will bring me back to his place if ever I need to and 100% I would refer friends/family to him. Thank you Chris for your stellar customer service, 5 stars!!!!!!!!! : D

Just wanted to give a special thank you to Chris and the two ladies in the front office in 03/01/2024. I walked in today with a car emergency that I was seeking support with. Although it was not their obligation to assist me they were more than kind to do so. Chris went above and beyond what would be expected of a manager to support me and help resolve my issue. I purchased my car, and 9 days later it was stolen. Thank goodness I had a GPS system. Got my car back and was referred to Collision Masters for the repairs. Chris was so kind and understanding of my anger and frustration with the theft of my car. We inspected the car together for exterior and interior damage, he took notes on everything. If I could give more than five stars I would. I wanted to surprise my daughter while she was out of town by getting her car painted and called around for quotes. I felt immediately at ease in my first conversation with Chris at Collision Masters, as he seemed genuinely honest, kind, fair and straightforward. I recently got into an accident and decided to go to Collision Masters. Chris and Mandi went above and beyond with their service and just gave off amazing energy! Both were extremely nice and always happy to help. I didn’t know what to expect as it was the first time I dealt with a bigger accident, but Mandi was incredibly helpful, and she would explain everything to me crystal clear, and was happy to repeat or clarify any questions/concerns I had about the matter. Chris and his team saved the day! As a young female, I was worried about finding an honest and trustworthy body shop that could get the job done at an affordable price. Luckily, I came across Collision Masters and my car was repaired in no time! Chris got me in right away for a free estimate and was able to answer all my questions and provide the next steps in the insurance and repair process. His estimate was spot on and my repairs were done 4 days early! They put a new bumper on my Elantra and did a perfect paint match. This is a long overdue review but Chris and his team at Collision Masters are by far a leading auto body repair shop when it comes to quality of work and customer service. Long story short he took my car in after it was involved in a nasty fender bender which I wasn’t even at fault! Talked with insurance and handled all of it. It was a bit of ways from me but I assure you it was worth every mile. Will be returning for future auto body work! Give him a call! I promise you won’t regret it!

Let me just start by saying that I don't know a lot about cars, I was in a really serious car accident and my car was what looked to be totaled. I called around a lot of places and sent pictures and a lot of the companies were either stand offfish or trying to charge something ridiculous just to get it towed. From the first phone call with Chris, I felt relaxed for the first time. His kindness and openness were exactly what I needed as it was a very emotional time for me figuring this out all on my own. Car accidents are traumatic enough already *without* having to worry about whether or not you will have a car. Chris took what I thought was a lost cause and reassured me he would do everything in his power to help. When I say he went above and beyond I trulytruly mean it. He always kept me in the loop and sent me lots of updates as well as gently giving advice for what would be best to do. My car is older and had problem after problem but every time I would start to stress I was reassured and Chris had a back up plan and then a back up plan for his back up plan. and now, I HAVE MY BABY BACK! My beautiful first car, is back on the road and is shinier and cleaner and even more beautiful then before the crash. These guys are no joke. They are kind honest people and I highlyhighly recommend everyone check them out. You won't regret it. They really do feel like family now :) Thank you Chris and everyone else who worked so hard and tirelessly to get my car back to me!!!
