Paul Galvez and Janet where very Professional/ Friendly and at all times kept me updated on my vehicle status. They even went the extra mile for me, gave me a ride home. They follow up with my insurance adjuster to help me out with the rental they guided me through the process and eventhough the accident was not my fault they made me feel at ease by communicating with all parties in order to get my rental extended so I don’t feel jeopardize from and to work as far as transportation. Thanks Paul and Janet!😀 it’s one of the best collision places I’ve been in. Oh I forgot, my vehicle was immaculate. Very clean and well painted.

left my vehicle in good hands! the process was fast and easy. i was kept in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle. it was a big repair that needed to be done so i was surprised on how fast it was completed. i got a phone call from the owner to explain any delays that might come with covid-19, but fortunately everything went well. it was easy to get a hold of the business and they were very professional. Was told my car would take any where between 3-4 weeks. I got my car back 7 weeks later. Little to no communication. When I originally called for an update (because I wasn’t receiving text updates) the receptionist was rude.

I was in an accident and the insurance recommended a local shop. After a week of no communication and broken promises. I called Dynamic Elite. The manager Paul was amazing from the start. He got my car towed to his shop free of charge. Next day he got a quote for what needed to be done and ordered parts to start working on it. Was in a bad accident and was sent to these guys by my insurance company. When I got there I received attention immediately and provided with a lot of information about the process of getting my vehicle repaired. They were all very professional and finished repairing my vehicle by the day they said they would have it completed. Exceeded my expectations of how my vehicle would look afterwards. Have received many compliments about how great it turned out. They keep you updated throughout the process which was very comforting to me. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs. 9k down and my car still had to be towed home. It took 3 months in the shop for them to tell me that they needed an additional $600 for the alternator. The replacement parts where of a real cheap material. The car had missing cosmetic parts and was not cleaned as promised. I will never recommend anyone to go here if anything stay away, major rip off.

Glad I did my research on this place. The reviews say it all. Communication thru out the whole process was great. They replaced my rear bumper off of my 2021 Lexus IS350 with original parts. Job came out clean. Car came out clean with a car wash. Customer service was great. Warranty for life as long as I don't sell the car. As a automotive manager these guys did great.
