BANNING LOCATION- Oil change was done on a Thursday, I did not notice until I went to work Sunday that the oil was leaking. I cleaned it up and thought it was just oil on the frame section by the filter. I drove it to work on Monday and once again it was leaking but this time it left a puddle of oil under my car. I once again cleaned it up and on Tuesday I called to have the car dropped off. It was inspected on Wednesday, I was told that the oil filter cap was cracked. I asked how that happened. I was told it was due to wear and tear. That did not make any sense, especially because there was no oil leak prior to dropping it off for an oil change. When picking up the car Wednesday evening, I asked again just to clarify how this happened. I was shown a picture of the Oil filter cap having a crack and was told it’s possible the mechanic could have over tightened it causing it to crack or used too much force to take it off. That made more sense to me than it being wear and tear. Especially because that part that was cracked had to be removed to get to the oil filter for the oil change. To replace the cap I had to pay 96 dollars for a mistake caused by the shop. A part that cost at most 35 dollars. I will never go back there again. I am very disappointed, I thought I had found an honest new mechanic to take my vehicles to.

I would avoid this place at all cost. Wait time were unexceptionally long just to replace one tire. We were never acknowledged by the guy at the front desk who seemed to be the owner & we were also being bothered by one of the workers who seemed to be drinking on the job which is just absolutely unprofessional. I never felt so uncomfortable to go to a shop before and this is why shops have such a bad stigma due to shops like this.

The guys are the best never go here and not leave a tip, it's never expected but I always leave a tip because I appreciate them. Thay work hard so show some love and appreciation bring a box of donuts, some Starbucks coffee, something to let them know there service is exceptional there prices beats everyone's in the IE and well I was visiting family and thay made me feel like family Wal-Mart, Pep Boys nor Winston Tires ain't got nothing on these strong Men here.

I had an appointment with this tire shop at 8 a.m. to get my brakes changed and four new tires installed. The person in charge told me it would take a maximum of two hours. So, I called them around 1:15 p.m. to check on the status, and the person I spoke to said my car wasn't ready yet but to give them five more minutes since they were almost done. Ten minutes later, they called to say my car was ready for pickup. When I went to pay, I received my invoice and keys, and as I walked to my car, I noticed that the tires hadn't been changed. The person in charge came outside and said, "Oh, we forgot to change the tires, but we’ll do it right now." They also said they'd need to do an alignment after putting on the new tires. When I asked if the alignment had already been done, he said they’d already done it when they changed the brakes, but that didn’t make sense to me. I’m honestly confused about the service. I don’t understand why it took so long when I dropped off my car at 8 a.m., and by 1:50 p.m., they were just getting around to changing the tires. It’s frustrating because before charging me and handing over the keys, they should’ve made sure everything was completed. It feels like there’s no real oversight on the work being done, and I could have easily walked away without checking. I gave them one stars because they eventually changed everything, but I’m not confident in the quality of service.

This is sad I am customer for many years in the manager all mean in very rude I told him that When I come to fix my tires they charge me $15 dollars for fix my tire low air in the tire in he say no is very mean the "manager" I well not come back anymore I well go somewere elso bad customer services for yes less then $5 dollar its crazy

They say 20 for patching a tire and then charge you 30 and say that the person who gave you the first price and TOOK OFF YOUR TIRE, doesn't work there. Yes he took off your tire but he doesn't work here.

Came in with a flat tire at 645pm and they told me they close at 6p when there online times say 7p on google and Apple maps, been coming here for years and showed no empathy, customer can’t be held accountable for them not updating accurate times. The employee seemed bothered and slammed the door while I walked away.

E & E tires stripped the stud on one of the hubs on my trailer I've been going to them for years and they are the ones that last touched my wheels on the trailer and proceeded to say that the reason why it's stripped is because of normal wear and tear . I then ask what they are gonna do to replace or credit me for the damage that they previously did and they denied that they didn't damaged it and continued to say it was wear and tear and didn't Honor there business. Do not take your vehicle there i own a small business of my own and they do not care for their customers like i would 🤬🤬🤬

Used tires are fairly priced and in reasonable shape for purchase. They won't sell you unsafe crap. Front office staff are personable. Michael, the Alignment Technician, did an excellent job on my 2006 Civic. Bravo. I highly recommend this business. They clearly want to compete with the local big boys with value for money spent and excellent service.
