Hi who you all this place I took my truck Chevy Colorado 20008 .the mechanic didn't put the new parts for the head gasket and timing belt only one part water pumps. It was bad business over pay 2000 dollars. And still the car is not running correctly and engine light still coming on.

Had my Cadillac towed here due to stalling, had called them in advance they said they would look at it the next morning. Next morning an hour after they opened I called to check on it, NO Answer, after an hour a an half they called to say they were going to look at it its now 11, I wait another hour and call, No answer, I go down there and they say they can not tell me any info on car until owner arrive in 4 hours and I can take the car if I want. It's now 12:30. I need veh tomorrow and they wasted the whole day avoiding my calls. To tell me they did nothing on it and couldn't???? Worse place ever. Don't come here

Carlos and his Mechanic crew are the Very Best... My husband is a Disabled Veteran and Carlos has given him rides home when our car is there being serviced. We have been going to SinLey for many years and their prices are Fare and so many times he has saved us money cause I am the type to call around and look for the best price.. Brought in my car for alignment after getting getting tires. Now as soon as let go the steering wheel the car pulls a lot to the left like if I was switching lanes and the the steering wheel is not even straight. Came back to the shop and the owner tells me it's my tires. I asked him to fix he said "we're closed". Now my car is worse than before I brought it in. I do not recommend this place or the other "Sin-Ley" tire shop on State and 7th they will damage your vehicle or just take your money after doing a poor job.

Took my car in for an alignment. It was done really fast and the guy wasn't trying to up sell anything. He told me I might want to consider changing my lower control arm ball joints but didn't pressure me into trying to do it right that moment.

This place was able to put in an alternator for me on Friday when other auto repair shops told me they couldn't do the service until Monday. I called them kinda in desperate situation, they said bring the alternator which was around 4pm and was finished around 5pm. Quick service

Took my car there to have the front wheel hubs replaced. I gave the owner two brand new wheel hubs that I bought on my own to have him install them on my vehicle. He took the two brand new wheel hubs and did not install them on my vehicle and then charged me for labor. I later had to take my car to the dealership to have the wheel hubs he so-called replaced on my car.

I asked a friend to take my car to have the tire swapped out. He took it to this place by mistake! Literally drove past the trusted tire shop I asked him to go to. I purchased a regular tire off Amazon and at the trusted place it would have cost $25! When he returned he told me this place charged him $40 to put the tire on! The tire shop guy told my friend that my tire was high profile it in fact was not!!! This is awful to do to ppl! I live locally and I work in the community I’m definitely letting everyone I know how this place took advantage of me!

I had rear toyota mount installed car started shaking again a couple months later. I remove the mount they installed and someone shaved off part of the mount to make it fit though the tight spot and added mismatch shims because they over tightened, almost snapped them off. instead of looseing the cross member to install it correctly, they made new mount useless due to the shaved off rubber part. I paid close to $400 just to have to buy another part and spend 3 hours and do it myself and pay a friend to help. I wouldn't recommend 5👎👎👎👎👎 rating.
