My Beamer was leaking water and overheating. Dave met me in person and said I needed a new water pump. Their labor $ per hour is the best around and the quote was more than reasonable. The job was done perfectly and professionally. They really care and I felt really comfortable as they explained the issue. Dave even showed me the broken parts afterwards. This is a top notch organization and I highly recommend them. Dave and Angel Rock!

Brought my BMW in with what I thought was a bad carrier bearing (was diagnosed by another shop). Rather than perform something expensive and unneeded they found the real problem and there by saving me hundreds of dollars. A good, honest repair shop is worth it's weight in gold and that's what they are! Knowledgeable and honest

Changing my review. This place used to be fantastic and the only place my parents would bring their Mercedes. New owner or management or something I don't know the last job they had the car forever and when we got it back there was damage to the bumper which they neglected to say anything about. The car wasn't put back together properly and we don't even know what they did but it's 10 times louder inside now so don't know if they didn't put back sound deadening or something. I was kind of rude and very short when I was there which may be even down dropping it off in the first place but it wasn't my car but we know now and are looking for a new mechanic. I suggest you do the same and just pass this place by.

Had to wait 6 hours for my brake replacement although I had an appointment and parts had already arrived. Requested blue calipers and they did not give me that. They refused to deducted the cost of it. I also dropped the car off with 320 miles in gas and got it back with 270 miles left, must’ve been fun! TRASH attitude from the employees too. When I arrived to pick up the car I checked it out to see the calipers I was expecting and when I went inside after, the employee said “were you checking that we actually replaced the brakes”. Horrible service.

Took my MB for a engine noise that I had for about a month that the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. These guys found the issue extremely quick and had the part within 2 days and installed the day of arrival. They treated me like family and charged me a fair amount. Will definitely be back for any maintenance and future issues. Thank you guys!

First time customer and the last time I go here! I called and made a appointment for a oil change and tuneup. Guy on the phone said to bring it in at 8am. I arrived at 8am and one of the employees greets me and says the manager normally runs late so he can't check my car in. Manager arrives and checks me in. I ask how long is it going to take. He said around noon it should be done. I said ok I'm gonna got to the gym until it's ready . So 12:30 I get a call from the manager telling me there's a few issues that my car has. I said no problem I will just bring the car in another day to fix those issues. So I asked if my car ready to be picked up. He said no they haven't done anything to the car except the inspection. I told him so you had my car since 8am and now its close to 1pm and nothing has been done. He said they didn't have my spark plugs. So I went to the shop. I'm assuming it was break time because everyone was sitting down on their phones. I talk to the manager and tell him as a first time customer I'm very disappointed . I tell him why did I bring the car in at 8am if nothing has been worked on. I also said I wasn't expecting this to be a all day thing for a oil change, I need my car I have other things to do. Instead of be apologetic he begins to get smart with me. You can just tell he didn't care about wasting my time. Not professional at all.

I've had them work on my Volvo S70 several times and they've always given me great service and very reasonable pricing, especially considering the costs I've seen associated with other European vehicle repairs. The owner, Dave, has always been focused on how things can be fixed at the least cost to me. And I very much appreciate it. Would recommend them without issue.

Way overpriced, charged me 1500 for water pump and thermostat replacement. Both items are 800 from dealer and labor is barely 1.5 hours at $125 (their posted labor cost) I got charged 699 for pump which is 600 at dealer. 3.5 hours of labor And 80 for fluids. Somehow they. Charged $1500 instead of $1295.5 Moving out of state and don't have time to argue. But seriously unethical gouging of part prices and unnecessary labor cost. Quality of work is Good, not excellent. No complications afterwards. Pump installed properly.

My BMW convertible top refused to work and was stuck half opened. I called Autohaus Bavaria and was greeted by the owner. Dave is the best! He told me to bring the car over and he would take a look. He put Angel on the job. I had the car back the next day working perfectly....$97 out the door! A BMW dealer would charge 3 or 4 times as much and couldn't have done the job any better. Angel showed me the issues that were addressed and also fixed my rear trunk latch This business has the absolute best service, highest quality and all with a great big smile. I am so happy they are located right around the corner, but I wouldn't hesitate to drive 100+ miles to have them work on my beloved vehicle. Thank you gentlemen for turning a usually unpleasant experience into a reason for me writing a glowing review. A++++++++! Scott Reynolds

Thank you to the Autohaus Bavaria Team. Had the camshaft adjuster magnets, spark plugs and coils replaced on my Mercedes Benz S-Class (W222) . They provided a quote for the work, scheduled my repair and had it done in a timely manner. Very pleased with my experience and look forward to having more preventative maintenance and/or repairs done at Autohaus Bavaria. Appreciate the customer service I received here.

Joel was awesome!!! I called Joel on Monday and he got my car in on Wednesday and he was done by Friday. very reasonable prices, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and the customer service is beyond approach. The only big difference between the dealership and Autohaus Bavaria is the prices. You may lose the video clips of services done but you don't lose any quality in workmanship!!!! FYI Joel, if you guys have the time, those videos would be a great touch but, it is understandable if you can't do them again GREAT SERVICE

What can I say about AB? They listen...they know European cars, and they kept me informed about the progress of my car. Paul has the best customer service. He even explained after care and what I need to be aware of as my car adjusts to the repairs. Your experience will be tailored for your needs.🤜🏾🤛🏼 🚘🙂👍🏾

This is my second experience with Autohaus Bavaria, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Last year, I brought my car in for a no crank, no start issue. They quickly diagnosed it as a faulty starter and replaced it. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I haven’t had a single issue since. From start to finish, the experience was unbeatable. This time, I brought my car in for a clunking noise from the suspension, a significant oil leak, and an issue with the passenger automatic seat not working properly. They diagnosed everything accurately and honestly. The clunking turned out to be a loose bolt on the sway bar, and they tightened it without charging me. The oil leak was addressed properly and thoroughly. The best part was the seat repair. They fixed it without charging me because no parts needed to be replaced. That level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated. The quality of work is consistently high, and the turnaround time is hard to beat. During my first visit, Paul assisted me and provided excellent customer service. This time, Joel helped me and was just as professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Both experiences left me feeling confident and well taken care of. It is not easy finding mechanics who are straightforward about what is actually needed and who do not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I truly trust this shop and now have a place I feel completely comfortable bringing my car for anything. I will absolutely be returning for regular maintenance. Highly recommend Autohaus Bavaria.

I went to get an oil change at the BMW dealership and the diagnostics on my car said I need rear brakes and rotors and one of my engine mounts was collapsed. The quoted amount was ridiculous as expected. I saw this place previously and decided to give them a call. Joel was very knowledgeable and his quotes on the aforementioned were more reasonable. It took less than a day to get the work done and it's a good thing I did, because they let me know the second mount was completely damaged as well. So far I am very pleased with their service and will return in the future if necessary. Replaced rear diff mounting bushing for an affordable amount in comparison to the dealership price.

I brought in my 2004 Lexus SC430 with 200k miles and a persistent Bank 1 Sensor 1 code that no one else could fix. Two other shops tried, one even told me I needed a new ECU, which I bought and programmed, but the light stayed on. Even though this is a BMW specialty shop, they took the time to do a deep dive into the wiring. They found the break, repaired the wire, and finally cleared the code for good. I’ve been driving a lot for 3 weeks now with no issues at all. They are honest, experts who don't just guess at parts. If I ever buy a European car, this is the place I would take it. I’m already sending my cousin of mine with a BMW 330i their way, thanks joe for the help!

I towed my Mercedes Benz C300 to this shop for a major repair work in April 2024 and the car has been working perfectly since. I am going there right now for transmission oil change and complete struct replacement. They know their job and they are good a good job. Your experience might be different from mine.
