A/C service repair is poor. It failed less than a week. I had to go back to redo the job. Their cost is ridiculous and ripped off. Their work warranties are a pure joke. My recommendation is DO NOT go there because they are not reliable or not honest mechanics. Check on Yelp reviews and I am not the only one who had bad experience with Juan's automotive.

Very bad experience it seems like a nice place but they will charge you according to there benefits. Just needed sensors cleaned to remove check engine light and it came out over 800$ be careful guys don't come here unless you have no other option.

Very unprofessional! After declining an additional charge from what was originally quoted I was given horrible attitude by the lady at the front desk. When I asked for details of why I was going to be charged more she refused to give me any information stating “the next shop you take it to can tell you that”. Knowing that my car would need additional parts in order to be properly aligned lead me to believe the worker knew how off my alignment was and choosing to not share that information with me about my car despite being charged for “working on aligning your car” was not only selfish but also childish on the workers part. In my opinion choosing to go elsewhere to get your work done should not give you the right to be rude to a repeat customer! It is safe to say I will not be coming back to this place and would warn you to NOT bring your car here as well. If you don’t know much about cars DO NOT come here or they will try to charge you a lot more than you are quoted.

Thermostat replacement and an 02 sensor replacement. Parts only cost $70 and was charged $375 for everything! Had to leave my car all day. I personally thought it was a little pricey and maybe was kept there all day to be charged a little more. Not saying they didn't do a good job though.

I have had nothing but the best experience with the mechanic. They not free yet noting worth while hardly ever is. Yet I will say I am put at ease with the mechanics in this shop professionalism as well as knowledge of what it will take to get my car back on the road correctly and this means the world to me. I take my wife's car and I am truly content with the service. My families safety is of the upmost importance to me and this shop I believe takes pride in what they do and this lays my families travel effort worries aside.
