My car’s transmission was rebuilt twice by this shop. First time it went out at about 13k miles. My transmission went out again yesterday at 17k miles, not even a year after the second rebuild. Don’t waste your money here, it’s not worth it.

Very rude and unprofessional. He told me he could do a diagnostic on my car that same day and had my car sitting in the same spot for multiple days. He then got angry that I called him twice about it and said he no longer wanted to work on my car. I went down to pick up my car and there was a hole in the middle of my key fob and slammed my key on the desk and was very rude and out of line with his professionalism. I DO NOT recommend going here!

If you're looking for a great, honest mechanic, I highly recommend Hector at Probity. The name of his company says it all. Probity: The quality of having strong moral principles; honesty and integrity. I have been taking our vehicles to Hector for years. He is a straight up, genuine guy. No fake salesman crap, which is one of the things I really appreciate about him! I just recently took my wife's car in with a concern about the transmission. He checked it out and diagnosed it as a minor issue, but could have just as easily told me the trans needed major work worth thousands of dollars. This is why I trust him so much. It is always nice to have skilled, trustworthy professionals you can call on when you need them!
