This is the ONLY place I will ever bring Michele (my 2009 Toyota Corolla)!!! They are honest and they do excellent work! You will not ever have to worry or wonder if you are getting honest work done. They are awesome!!! I moved almost 2 hrs away since this posting but still bring Michele to get repaired and maintained by Sal!!!!

As I've said before, I do a lot of car repair work and I've managed an auto parts store with a 2 bay shop. I know a well run auto shop when I see one. Of all the auto repair shops in the Hemet/San Jacinto area - and there are a LOT of them - there is only one shop I trust - and that shop is Alpha Auto Repair. Time and time again, Sal - the owner and head mechanic - has saved me time and money when I've brought him one of my vehicles - or a vehicle I needed to have repaired. Sal always goes the extra ten miles to make sure the repairs are done correctly, completely and on time. He always takes the time to explain what repairs are needed - and why - and exactly what he will be doing to repair a vehicle. He's one of the best auto technicians - and businessman - I have ever met.

If I could give more stars I would. Sal is very timely, helpful, honest, quick, and fairly priced. He changed the ti-rods and ball joints on both my husband's and my vehicles, he had them done the same day we took them in. And the price was very reasonable for all the work he did and he even stayed after closing to finish the vehicle. I'll definitely be going back for any vehicle repairs needed.

Sal has fixed my air conditioner during summer & recently serviced my car fixing a really bad leak that required a lot of work in my engine. Sal goes above and beyond to really make sure that you understand what the issue was and what he did to fix it. He showed me videos of the issues and the solution he used to fix the problem. This gentleman, Sal that helped me was indeed a lifesaver! I needed my ignition coils replaced and every place I called in town did not want to do it. He was very sincere and gave me a very great price! He also speaks the truth!
