I took my car in to replace all 4 tires and they scratched every single one of my wheels during the installation, the tech who worked on my car even admitted to it when I took the car back. Before the installation I had zero damage on any wheel but they “only sometimes take pictures”. Anyways they supposedly put in the damage report but I’ve yet to hear back from them. I highly suggest to stay away from this place but if you do go there for new tires please step outside with them while they get your mileage and go over any damage.

Needed tires for my Acura MDX, spoke with Kevin, he was very professional, very helpful and had a great attitude. Tires for my vehicle are very expensive, Kevin made sure to discuss all options before choosing. Ordered my tires on a Wednesday, they were delivered on Thursday and I made my appointment for Friday morning. Took only about 2 hours for installation and alignment. Kevin was my main point of contact and he made me feel good about leaving my car in their hands. I would definitely recommend this Ramona Tire location to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable service for their vehicle.

Amazing front desk Brian and mechanics! My brakes started have a noise. Turned out that rotators, brakes became in very bad condition. But I have to drive my family, go to my work etc. Without the car it’s impossible to live in US. They saved my life🙏 I’m very appreciative!

The attending cashier was extremely nice and very helpful. They had a widescreen television. It would have been a very good distraction, if the volume was adjusted so a customer could hear. They did a good job with my alignment and new tires. Please, if you don't know this - whenever you get brand new tires, always get them aligned. Because back in March, I bought 2 new tires. I had Walmart put them on. September they had to be replaced because the outside of both tires was bald. I am retired and only drive 100 miles or less a month. Thanks for taking care of my safety.

I spoke with Kevin (DM) after my experience at the Menlo location, see post for reference. He wanted to address my concerns but had bias language towards the manager I had issues with. He referred me to the San Jacinto location, which I accepted. I’m happy to report that Abraham and the staff at this location exceeded my expectations. On my Menlo post, I had expressed my concerns with neglected service and mistreatment. Primarily towards the high pitched whistle from my new breaks/rotors, which the manager (Jim) couldn’t comprehend. The environment at the San Jacinto location was so welcoming and respectful. My test drive affirmed that the whistle sound was present and the new breaks/rotors were replaced successfully. My compliments to the mechanic, I apologize for not getting her name. In conclusion, the staff at the San Jacinto location made my experience with Ramona Tires enjoyable. They resolved the issues of improper installation and provided excellent customer service while doing so. I would highly recommend THIS location. They have a good team, free beverages and a source of entertainment (toy cars/tv)! Thank you for resolving my issue, it is greatly appreciated.
