I ordered some parts from Diesel Tech that, due to supply issues from the manufacturer, had a lengthy lead time with an unknown ETA. I worked with Jeremy and from the very beginning he informed me of the supply issue and offered to cancel my order if I would like. As Diesel Tech offered the best deal around and since no one else could provide the part either I kept my order placed. During the whole correspondence Jeremy was very transparent and kept me in the loop. I did think about canceling the order a few times (not their fault as this was a manufacturer supply issue), but given Jeremy's transparency and updates I decided to keep the order placed. Given that the reason for the holdup was on the manufacturer's side and that Diesel Tech provided upfront and clear communication the entire time and provided me with options I'd give them 5 stars and would absolutely do business with them again. Supply issues can affect everyone, but good communication on Diesel Tech's part left me well informed to make a good decision.

Absolutely the best!!! First had them check out my 7.3L a year ago after I bought it. They gave me a list of immediate fixes, a to-do list in order of priority, and then improvements that were/are targeted towards my goals with the truck. Then yesterday (a Friday), Lorne went out of his way and stayed after hours to ensure that I received the parts I needed. I plan on bringing the truck in there for the trans cooler upgrade as well as ALL my future work. Great guys, great work, and unbeatable service. Update: Is brought the truck back in (05/2021) because it was in an accident and I wanted the whole thing checked out. They did a full write up told me what was wrong/broken, what was going out, and what was getting worn out and when to fix it all. Once again the customer service is amazing and communication was consistent. Thanks guys! Only place I'll take my Diesel.

My husband Larry and I have been taking our 2004 F350 Diesel to Diesel Tech for a number of years. We have always found Diesel Tech has been more than fair with us. They have fixed any problems we brought to them, advised when we should think about buying a new truck. They are fair, honest and do a fantastic job when repairing your truck. We highly recommend Diesel Tech. There are other shops out there but no one as honest, fair and forthcoming as Diesel Tech. We are beyond pleased with our experience!

When my 2005 E350 with the 6.0 began blowing white smoke from the exhaust, I knew it was finally time for the major repair visit I had anticipated since I purchased it four years ago. I did a lot of research before deciding on Diesel Tech because I wanted the job done right and from what I could tell, these guys really know Powerstroke motors. I dropped the van off prepared for the worst (thinking maybe blown head gaskets, new studs, etc.), but the diagnosis came back as a bad injector. I asked them to go through everything they could think of to make the van as reliable as possible since I use it for camping in very remote off-road locations (it's a 4x4 Sportsmobile camper) and I suggested many potential items for upgrade or replacement. They listened to my suggestions and explained clearly which were good ideas, which were not necessary and most importantly, why. They actually talked me out of spending more money than I needed to while still making me feel very confident the van would be as reliable as can be. Since picking it back up a few weeks ago, the van has been to the middle of nowhere and back ...and is running as good as ever. Great job guys! I'll definitely be back for any future needs.

Only place I let touch my truck... Great work and honest people Loren and his family run it.... They are knowledgeable about Fords (especially 6.0's) more than most in the are guaranteed...
