Worst car repair that I wouldn’t give one star if I could. Took my mothers old van to get brakes fixed and drove a mile down the road but had to reverse and all you heard was cranking noises, everyone looked. I took it back and the guy drove it and said it was fine until I told him to go in reverse. Then he said it’s cause the brakes were new. No it kept making those noises and the brakes gave out with my mother and step father driving! They ended up getting a new car an didn’t want to press it further.

We use colonial auto for all of our car repairs. We recently brought in our Ford Explorer which had a problem with the automatic rear seat storage system. Rather than charging us over $1000 by replacing parts, the seats were repaired creatively using some securing bolts. This alternative approach saved us $700 and the solution aesthetically looks great. Not every repair shop would have done this. We are very appreciative! Mike and Kathy Davis

This is one over priced rip off. I was quoted a price for a Hummer H3 starter replacement. When I picked up the truck the price was considerably higher. I was told the original price was priced on a Hummer H2. How is that possible the prices are much higher for H2 parts. He was lost in his lie. Another mechanic trying to make a mortgage payment on every part they install. Higher than normal prices. A true rip off. Shop elsewhere!!!! You have been warned!

Just started going to these guys at Colonial. I am impressed by their honesty and candor. My wife went elsewhere and they said she needed all new brakes and rotors - probably trying to get a quick sale. I suggested she go here and they said the brakes and rotors should be good for another 10k miles. Didn’t charge anything. Had a nail in her tire a few months later and they patched it for $25 rather than suggesting she buy some new tires. Bravo, we will both be customers as long as the place is in business!
