These Africans are very unprofessional... They stole my money and didn't give me a recipe for placing a light bulb in my car that I bought from advanced auto parts.. The lady walked out from her job without even letting me know that she was leaving. She was suppose to do my inspection but didn't care to do it since she wasn't going to make any extra from me because my care is new. I'm very upset and that old African man stole my money!!!!!! They took advantage of me and I'm very upset!!!

i looked around in all different places for my car to be repaired because of all the exterior damages everyplace i went too charged a arm and a leg i started to loose hope and was thinking about selling my car and getting a new one but i made my last stop here at columbus autobody shop and met a guy named fuji he was very kind and helpful and was willing to do the job on my budget considering how hard it has been to find a great paying job during this covid outbreak ! i can tell that he genuinely wanted to help me out in this situation i had clear coating missing off the side view mirrors on my car and front hood along with rust at the top of my car getting worst with each following week many dents and paint chippin off my back bumper and my front bumper was a mess it was split down the middle other places told me that i had to get an entirely new front bumper but fuji repaired the original bumper with no problems whats so ever and made my car look brand new literally AMAZING WORK !!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Great work. I have had many accidents over the years. I bought my car to different autobody shop thinking that they will do honours job. But no, the other autobody shop glue hidden damage places instead of replace them. I brought my car here once and I am inlove with the quality of work these hard working people did. They make everything so easy and convinient. I recommend this place to everybody!

Busy place, prepare to wait a little prices are considered. I had to go back for a follow-up to check my tires, guy kept saying they were ok with no pokes to them, Put air in them and I'm still having the same issue because he didn't take it out and properly look at them, not sure I will go back here.

This place is a mess ! They kept my car for OVER 60 days ! NO communication ! Literally impossible to get in touch with any one it’s always “ we’ll call you back “ & they never do ! During these 60 days I had no idea what was happening w my car. I paid $1000 for my repairs . 30 days after they received their FULL payment my car was still not finished. 3 days before I pick up my car , I had driven by & saw my car w the hood open & bumper on the roof ! Over 30days in & this was what I saw ! I pick up my car & they put the wrong bumper , forgot to replace a mirror & every time I put my car in reverse there’s a scratching noise & NOT to mention rental fees that they had no intention on initiating responsibility for after the horrible customer service I received ! Never again ! & I DO NOT recommend this shop !

Ask for ERIC!!! Eric is great. He such a sweetheart. He’s always honest and will tell you what you will need done at an honest price. I am a female and he has taught me so much about my car. Usually people are willing to take advantage. Thank you Eric for being the best. I meant him after getting into a minor accident and someone suggested this location.

Brought my car in for a check engine light—was told it was a “quick diagnostic.” Three days later, they still hadn’t figured it out but charged me over $200 for “looking into it.” Light’s still on. So’s my regret for ever coming here.

Don’t take your car here. I brought my car here alongside a brand new alternator and two new brake pads. When I gave the mechanic the parts and my car, they said it will cost $500 to fix. Now I don’t know if that’s a common price but when I came back after they told me it was done. They never actually took out anything and left all the old stuff in AND never gave me my parts back saying I never gave them anything.

Don’t ever bring your car here I went to get my coils done and caught the mechanic trying to give my parts to a different customer on top of that he broke my windshield and tried to scam me and call my insurance company when it was their fault I had to wait a week for a new windshield the owner was so unprofessional she didn’t even want my window changed on her property

Dropped my car off for what was supposed to be a simple bumper repair. They told me it would take 2-3 days — a week and a half later, I still didn’t have my car back. When I finally picked it up, the paint didn't match, there were greasy handprints on the upholstery, and the bumper was still loose. I asked to speak with the manager, and he acted like I was being unreasonable. They even tried to charge me for “extra labor” they never mentioned before. Totally unprofessional and clearly don’t take pride in their work. Never coming back here again.
