Martin is a class act! Went out of his way to accommodate me and my schedule, made sure my rental was lined up, dealt with insurance/3rd party doing and paying for repairs. Great when you have a local shop that is looking out for you and your cars best interest. He even buffed out some spots I had and cleaned up the inside. Work they did looks awesome :)

I’ve heard great things about this place. So I decided to go and see for myself, Customer service was awesome. The lady who unfortunately forgot her name was super helpful and even saved me some money. By the time i left I felt like I knew her for a long time. The car is great have no regrets. So far so good. I give M&S 10 Stars. Definitely recommend who’s ever looking to get a car too come and feel like family.

Recently had a minor fender bender and needed work done on my car. M & S was recommended by abdons in Quincy. I couldn't have had a better experience with these guys. Martin took a look at the car, saw what parts he needed to order, and told me to come back after the weekend to start working on it. They have Hertz rental right there, so it was perfect. 4 days later, my car was back to brand new AND... DETAILED ON THE INSIDE! As a woman with 3 kids and 3 dogs, you better believe this was QUITE the awesome surprise. I NEVER expected that. I would give 10 stars if I could. Martin, the owner is kind, takes time to explain things, and an honest GOOD guy. I'm very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. This place is the BEST.

Amazing staff, and service. My car was hit while parked and had severe damage. Martin is one of the nicest humans I have ever met- updated me often, went above and beyond with customer service and made a stressful/tough situation tolerable with his friendly demeanor, and caring attitude. The repair shop returned my vehicle with a hole in the intake system behind the bumper, despite noting on the receipt that the work had been completed correctly. I contacted the Bureau of Auto Repair to file a complaint, and as a result, the shop agreed to cover the cost of the replacement part.

M&S did a fantastic job. I went in because my neighbor backed into my parked car with a truck, and they fixed it in a week knowing I had travel coming up. The price was fair and worth every penny. My car looks brand new, and they even cleaned the inside out for me! I worked with Martin directly, and he was incredibly kind, honest, and reliable when it came to my situation. Hopefully I will not have any more damage to my car, but if I do, I will absolutely be coming back.

I thought my car was totaled when a semi backed into it while making a delivery at PJ Kennedy & Sons. That driveway is notorious! This happened just before Thanksgiving and two weeks after putting in new $500 brakes. I did not have collision or rental coverage. PJ Kennedy gave me the name and phone number of the driver (a worker with no money or power) but not the vendor (whose insurance was actually liable). The detective at C11 was useless. Martin Lynch at M&S offered to repair the frame at no charge, and my insurance’s comprehensive coverage paid for the rear glass with zero deductible. Thanks to M&S, I was able to get my car back. You can’t put a price on that! Ten stars all the way.

Outstanding, honest service. I brought my 2013 Subaru Outback in with a scuff on the right front bumper. Sean took one look and said a full repair wasn’t worth the ~$1,000 since it’s plastic and he offered to buff it for free instead. I dropped the car off and three hours later the scratch was about 95% gone. Sean and Marty are straight shooters who do great work and saved me from an unnecessary repair. They’ve earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend M&S Auto Body.

I had a positive experience renting a car from Julio at the Hertz that’s part of M&S Auto Body. He was working alone and still managed to help everyone quickly, all while being super friendly and professional. The van I rented was spotless and the whole process was smooth. One thing I will say is that I will recommend M and S Auto to anybody and everybody. Recently my car was damaged and I took my Jeep here to get fixed. They did a great job. The owner goes above and beyond for his customers. Shawn and the other two secretaries that work in the front are also amazing people. Super friendly and helpful. The mechanics do great work here. If you're looking for an honest mechanics ( auto repair shop), here is the place to go. Also the employees at hertz are also great people. They make sure they take very good care of you.. satisfied customer!!!!
