We had an absolutely amazing experience, from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove away in our brand new K5 GT. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and not once did Cheyenne or Eduardo make us feel like we needed to comprimise. Cheyenne was extremely professional and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Best car dealer I ever have dealt with by far. The process was smooth and we were in and out within 2 hours. Unheard of in my opinion. Eduardo worked his butt off to make sure we got to the payment we were comfortable with and Cameron made the signing process simple easy and actually extremely entertaining (very funny guy). Thank you so much for everything Coral Springs Kia. You have gotten yourself a customer for life!!

I took my Kia Niro in on Dec 10th and picked it up on Jan 14th. More than a month later and all my service advisor could tell me was that they were not able to find what was causing the issue. What he really should have said was that after a month of having my car they neglected to give it back to me with all parts intact! Unbelievable and unacceptable how Coral Springs Kia treats their customers. If I could rate them zero stars, I would!

I had an awesome experience working with Sam Balkiss at Coral Springs Kia for my 2025 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Line. From the second I walked in, Sam made everything super easy and stress-free. He’s hilarious and really genuine which made the whole process fun but he also knows when to be professional. You can trust him to get you the best deal possible and he’ll be there for you even after you drive off. From the first greeting to cruising out in my brand-new Telluride, it was smooth and effortless. I can’t recommend Sam enough he made what’s usually a stressful process actually enjoyable. As long as he’s still working there, I’ll be coming back to Sam for my lease exchange at Kia.

I have to say, our experience at Coral Springs Kia was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we stepped out of our car, we were greeted warmly. In fact, there were several team members already attentive on the lot, and within the first minute, Thomas came over to welcome us. Thomas Alba was an outstanding salesman. He offered us a very fair trade-in value for our old Jeep and was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to what we wanted and made sure we got exactly the car we were looking for. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and the entire experience. If you’re shopping for a Kia, do yourself a favor, head to Coral Springs and ask for Thomas Alba! They truly know how to treat their customers right!

Recently moved to the area. Exemplary service on my SUV, and customer service. It was my first time here, and everyone made me feel welcome. Steven was my service tech - he was so kind. (He was even able to fix a recall issue that I was not aware was on my vehicle). Andrew and Luis, in the sales room, were exemplary. They were so kind to me, and spoke such kind words about me graduating school recently. Luis even asked if I needed any extra gas in my vehicle (which I declined). It was nice to be around people, as I've been working from home for the last 6 years. Thank you for making me feel welcome. 👏

Our sales representative, Samir, was outstanding, friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all our questions and made the negotiation process smooth and comfortable. He truly listened to what we wanted and helped us reach a deal that made financial sense for us. We left with a gorgeous 2026 Kia Sportage, and we couldn’t be happier! The finance manager, was great to work with pleasant, efficient, and made the signing process easy to understand. They even have someone on staff who helps with insurance, and he went above and beyond to find us a better deal right on the spot. Without his help, we would’ve been completely lost trying to figure it out through the app! The whole dealership had such a positive, energetic atmosphere busy, bubbly, and full of happy customers. njoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the car we were looking at, the brand new 2027 Kia Telluride. He walked us through all the specs in a way that was approachable, easy to understand, and never overwhelming. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit rather than just making a sale. His friendly attitude made the whole experience feel comfortable and pressure-free. Ernesto was also amazing! He helped us with insurance and found us a rate that was $200 cheaper than what we were currently paying. That alone was a huge win and something I wasn't expecting, what a pleasant surprise! The showroom itself was really beautiful and well laid out, which made it easy to browse and explore our options. In the end, I drove home in the perfect car for me and my family, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, Karl Springs Kia is the place to go. Went in to service for ABS lights, same issue presented 6 months earlier so I (mistakenly) thought it would be covered under warranty. Turns out, different sensor, so no coverage. Fine. Requested good will accommodation since it was the same issue as 6 months earlier. Request denied. Fine. Service adviser Gian was a nice enough guy, no issues with him personally, but he did say he would need the car until 3:30-4 “conservatively”, and it wasn’t ready until 6. Not his fault, but turns out “conservative” was actually highly optimistic. Fine. Gave me a token for free lunch (up to $6.50) at the cafe in their Honda facility. Lunch was - you guessed it - fine. Needed a ride, which they would have provided but their shuttle driver was over an hour away, so I took an Uber myself. Fine. What really wasn’t fine, even though it’s standard dealership service practice, was the $249 diagnostic fee if they determined that the repair was not covered under warranty and I decided to decline service. Not really fine, but… fine. Prices were neither outrageous nor fantastic, they were just… fine. And that about sums up this entire service experience at Coral Springs Kia. Not great, not good, not bad, not awful - just fine. And since I’m not really a fan of paying above-average prices for average service and being forced to pay a diagnostic fee if I choose not to service my vehicle here, I will simply not service my vehicle here in the future.

He clearly explained what was needed and made sure I felt completely confident about the service being done. That level of communication makes all the difference. I also want to recognize Manager John Porpora for running such a top-notch operation. It’s clear the department is focused on customer care, transparency, and quality work. There were no surprises — just honest service and great follow-through. My Telluride was returned running perfectly and even cleaner than when I dropped it off! The concierge confirmed my test-drive by email and text (with the address and a contact), which was a great start. I was greeted by Alex, who guided me through the test drive and answered every question with a friendly, informed approach. His passion for cars really showed. With his help—and the 2026 K5 GT’s tech—I even backed into a parking space (something I’m usually nervous about), and I left feeling more confident. During negotiations, Alex clearly laid out my options and worked with me to find a plan I felt good about—transparent and pressure-free. On the finance team, CJ walked me through the lease paperwork and its addendums, explaining everything thoroughly. His warm smile kept me calm while signing those intimidating documents, and he was detailed and efficient. Martin in insurance made sure my coverage was correct.
