After the transmission reported the oss sensor was reading incorrect values, we started looking for a solution. Of course the dealer told us, after paying a diagnostic fee and a full day, that we have to replace the whole transmission and been this a 2016 qx50, it was "Unobtainium", so refurbished at more than the kbb car price... towed to aaamco and even bigger diagnostic fee they opened the transmission and said the oss sensor is bad and have to be changed (with the valve body) or the whole transmission... but that parts were not available, backorder, and it could take 4 to 8 weeks, we will have to prepay thousands just to be in line for the parts... we started looking for other cars... then we found Jeff at aa one transmissions, close to the house, he said he can check it and he did it, he checked, said the oss sensor and valve body need to be replaced, that he can get the part original and have it done in a day for a way more reasonable price. And he did. Car is running perfectly as before, wife is happy, I'm happy. Thank you guys, keep up the Good work!

Jeff is by far the most honest and sincere mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. Several mechanics tried to fix my leaking issues in my hummer but his team was not only the first success story, but they did it within a couple of days and didn’t hit me with any surprise fees. I sent my car to Jeff and after he put several hours of his time into trying to resolve the issue and came to the conclusion it's an electrical wiring issue, he recommend a shop that specializes in wiring. I'm 1000% going to bring my vehicle back if I need transmission service and I'd strongly recommend anyone who needs their transmission serviced to do the same.

Thanks, Jeff, for providing this area with professional workman's ship! He took me for a tour of his shop, verry clean and organized, He called me the first day of the repair said that I needed a transmission bracket, the old one was cracked and that the oil seal was leaking oil out the crankshaft and needed replaced. I thought to myself while on the phone with him (getting those parts from GM will probably take a week or so), but he said back, don't worry I have all the parts in his shop, He still got the truck done in two days. Jeffs shop did a complete rebuild on my truck's automatic transmission in two days and the lowest price around! Thanks Jeff! Will defiantly refer all my friends to your shop!

Horrible customer service right out the gate. I went in and spoke to Jeff to inquire of my trucks transmission. I asked about replacing the torque converter solely for the purpose of preventive maintenance. Once he heard that my truck had no issues (to which it does have an issue, but I wasn’t going to divulge all my cards on the table before I found out what kind or a company this was) he immediately went into this rant of proving to me that he knew better than I did. I asked for a simple quote to replace my converter WHETHER it was bad or not, I am the customer and have a right to inquire of what I want replaced. My truck, my money. Seeing as this was the 3rd estimate I was trying to get. Other trans shops were great and welcoming. Jeff only cared about big ticket sales. Told me “he doesn’t have time to replace my torque converter, he has bigger customers with more important jobs. Really??? I guess my “small” amount invoice wasn’t worth his time. He literally dismissed me and said he didn’t have time for this and walked away. Never once asked to look at my truck, never asked to test drive it, or even throw it on the lift to make sure the truck was safe for me. Upon me leaving, he was crappy enough to start trash talking me to his coworker/partner as I went to leave his building. How do you trash talk a customer as they are leaving!!!! He might be a good tranny shop, but I’ll never know bc his customer service was disgusting. Extremely rude once he knew he couldn’t get a high invoice written out of me. This is the truth, don’t let the below back pedaling response fool you.
