Expect long waits at this Costco Tire Center because it is so busy. They were able to replace a tire that had sidewall damage from a pothole. They honored my Costco warranty, but it only covered 10% of the cost of the new tire. Based on tread depth, I think the rest of the tires have about half of their life left. In hindsight, I should have ignored the warranty and taken the car to my local tire shop instead of jumping through hoops and driving 25 minutes to Costco. Wasn't worth the hassle. Brittny was very professional and took great care of my order. 5 stars for Brittny and 1 star for the warranty = 3 stars overall.

I came in for a routine balance and alignment. I was on time, started 30 minutes late because the front desk couldn't manage the 2 people in front of me in any sort of fashion. Took an hour and some change meandering and shopping, only to wait another 45 minutes outside with my groceries while I watch my car get touched occasionally, and the employees dicker around with random things and what I'm assuming are their friends getting preferential treatment with service. My tires are directional so they're not even 4 way crossed, just front to back. 2 and a half hours for something that can be done in 45 on a bad day It was a free service and I still want my money back

Long wait. Not revommended. Don't expect to walk in and get your tires replaced within 1-3 hours. They will not give you an ETA. It's better to schedule an appointment, but your appointment might be a couple of days out. I wasted my time and ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere to get my tires. Also, I felt stressed out just being in that place. I had to wait 15 min just to get a refund and cancel my order. I will never buy tires from here because of these reasons.

I had some issues with ordering my tires (had nothing to do with the center and was just an online glitch), so I went in person to order tires. Oscar was working the counter and when I gave him my info he told me he had tires for me and they could put them on immediately. yay! as we were going through the process of getting my info, he looked around and noticed other people in the center (I am a young woman and was there by myself) and instead of asking for my phone number, just asked that I confirm the last four digits. I don’t know if this is their policy, but it made me feel good to know that I wasn’t giving my personal information out for possible strangers to hear (this may not seem like a big deal to most people, but this is huge to women who are constantly worrying about their safety). He was very polite and worked quickly to get my info confirmed and the tires located. and keep in mind, this was all without an appointment! the tires are great, they were installed in less than two hours and my partner was able to pick up my car. just the experience with Oscar alone is enough to make me go back for my next set of tires, not to mention the prices are unbeatable!

Complete and utter joke of a tire center. Customers are an inconvenience, the phone is never answered and appointments are meaningless. If you value your time, take your business elsewhere. It should be called "wing it tire center." Because there are absolutely no standards or professionalism whatsoever.

I have to say, I was really really really really reluctant to go here after reading some of the other reviews. So I was pleasantly surprised when I went. For the record, I went on the Friday morning before Memorial Day. I showed up about 10 minutes late because I had trouble finding the location (it's across the parking lot from the actual Costco). I waited no more than about 20 minutes to get checked in. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. They had me put a little number on the top of my car and said to come back in about an hour and a half. They contacted me when it was done and I was good to go. I saved 20% off of any of the other places around town. So at least based on my experience it was great. I'd definitely recommend it.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job installing our new tires. They pointed out the good condition of our current tires, but a bubble in one tire meant we were better off putting on new tires after all. They helped us solve a mystery with a spare tire in the trunk that came with the vehicle and even gave recommendations for reputable alignment locations. Great service!

I have been a Costco member for over 20 years, and have dealt with a couple of dozen Costco tire centers in six states. This is by far the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. They literally never answer their phone. There have been several problems with them getting instructions garbled, having questions, etc all of which would be solved if they answered the phone! I live less than five minutes away, but drive 30 to 45 minutes away to different Costco tire centers just to avoid this one. Three stars only because it’s super convenient to have it close by, and even a bad Costco tire center is better run than most other tire stores.

Front desk is totally disorganized. Appointments are meaningless. I heard a tire mechanic cursing at another mechanic. It’s not a professional or customer service oriented operation. I did save money on the tires as compared to getting tires at a dealership. However the poor service and my time waiting is not worth it. I have had my tire pressure light on for the second time since I purchased the tires. I have never experienced this before with any other tire service provider.

Busy? Yes, extremely busy but no surprise given the area. Be patient, they are working hard and quick. I come to get my tires rotated and balanced often. Great team. If Yasser is at the front desk, then guaranteed you will be taken care of. He is patient, quick, and efficient. He is friendly and answers all questions, even gives great advice. Please give this man a raise — seriously!

Seems there are a couple of decent people here but overall the vibe is one of going through the motions. Not a lot of care went into the install but I guess they are just tires. Could have at least wiped down the rims. Hard to beat the prices, however. To add that after I washed my car I found black marks on the rims that had to be scrubbed off and definitely weren’t there before the install. We’re clearly made by the machinery used to install the tyres as were in the same place on all four rims. There was an area also of significant damage but I can’t equivocally say this was from the install so I can only give benefit of the doubt.

Car came back scratched! I dropped my car off at the tire center and was directed into a designated parking spot in front of the garage. After waiting over 2 hours, the technician pulled my car out of the garage and I notice a large scratch (6” long) on the side panel. Even though they had possession of my car and keys the entire time, the technician and manager blamed “another member.” I was instructed to file an incident report, which again resulted in denying fault and blaming a nameless “other member.” Know that if you use the Tire Center your car may come back scratched and there is nothing you can do about it!

Wed at 3pm, been here 30 minutes without anyone asking what I need. Only one attendant serving the desk, five people waiting. Printer not working and that's apparently holding up service. Seems there should be more attention paid to customers. Service to install two new tires took 1 hr 45 min. which isn't bad. Update: Visited on a Sunday AM. This time 8 people waiting in line. Jeez.

As far as I know, they do great work, the tires are a good deal, but they are chronically understaffed and everything is slow. I made an appointment to install my new tires for 10:45 AM today. It took me 30 minutes standing in line just to drop off the car. And then it took me another 30 minute standing in line to pick it up. Staff was nice, but again Costco really just needs to get more people staffing this given the demand.

Even without an appointment (I started losing tire pressure after a curb strike on the way to Arlington), Walter S. was able to make time for a tire repair/replacement as a walk-in. Even with slower lines at check-in and check-out (as noted in other reviews), my total turnaround time was 2 hours—enough to grab a hot dog/soda and walk the warehouse. They honored their road hazard warranty, and I was out the door with a replacement tire for $20, all-in. A special thank you again to Walter S., who saved me a lot of time and trouble by squeezing me in—much appreciated!

Rebalance and rotate my tires, and pull the edge of a nail out of one of one of my open country tires. I brought the truck in with 35/35/35/35 PSI on all tires - even the tire that had a nail wasn't flat, I just happened to notice the silver sticking out between some treads. When the tech was driving the truck out of the bay, we saw multiple balancing weights fall off from the wheels. When this was mentioned to the tech, they said it's "not a big deal". That's literally why I was there, so this really surprised me to hear. Had to escalate this to a manager who then took the truck back in to repeat the process. 3 hours later after arriving, the service was complete. At least it was done right, I thought... The next morning I was driving on 395 and noticed strange noises. Looked at my tire pressure gauge, and they were all over the place. I had to throw on hazards and exit off, which is when I took this picture. The tire at 26 wasn't even the one with the nail so there's no excuse. I have 0 faith that anything done was correct at this point, and will be going to a different shop to do it all over. What a waste of time and $.

The staff here works hard and the service quality itself is good, but the customer experience needs improvement, especially at the front desk. There seems to be poor distribution of responsibilities. The person handling check-ins is also running to grab tires, walk paperwork to the back, and juggle multiple tasks. It creates bottlenecks and long wait times. This wasn't a one-off situation either. On my first visit, I tried to come as a walk-in and waited about 45 minutes, only to then be told they couldn't take the car that day because they were full. I returned the next day with an appointment at 12:00pm, but still wasn’t able to hand off my keys until around 12:45pm, and then waited two more hours for the service. I don’t fault the employees; they’re working hard. But management needs to either improve the system up front or staff more people. The work gets done, but expect delays and bring patience, the check-in process really needs attention.

A smashing service for my punctured tire replacement. I had arrived around 4:00 with my car on the tow truck. I was able to check in to my 4:45 appointment early. Yasser showed me the different options for the tires and demonstrated the level of treading on my current tires. I was able to select the new tires from a catalog easily. Prices included labor and were very reasonable. I was out the door, same day, with my new tires just before 6:00. Clean interior. Brilliant and high level service. Happy and proud to be a Costco member.

Today at 5:51 I was shopping at Cosco and I notice a flat tire so I went to the tire center to buy a new one they told me they were not taking any more walk in I do understand, but this was an emergency even then They turned me away. I asked if somebody could do me a favor to put my spare tire on and they say no I’m writing this because I felt so sad this is not even about customer service this is about just basic human empathy. There are over 10 men and not one could do me a favor, even though I was going to pay for it they turned me away. Mind you they close at 8:30pm almost one hour later. Sad
