I was given a verbal estimate for a cooling system repair, which I authorized. 8 days and multiple phone calls later, Amad let me know my car was ready…then hit me with the bait and switch. The repair was something that I had not authorized and cost twice as much as what he told me the problem was. He had taken my car apart to the point it was not drivable and had already ordered parts from the dealership before mentioning anything about the problem being something other than what we had originally discussed and agreed upon. If this was the last repair shop on earth, I’d crawl everywhere I needed to go before bring my car here for anything else.
