I was hoping this would be an in and out for a simple oil change. But the mechanic was late and I had to drop my vehicle. - They had a offer to include wheel rotation and fluid inspection on the car. My wheels weren't rotated and I never got the report on the other inspections - Pricing is deceptive as they charged extra and asked me to submit a Valvoline discount request online Won't go here again as this was more expensive, incomplete work, and delayed delivery

If you ever come on Sunday they apparently don’t honor there words what so ever because I literally made an appointment for the next day which was Sunday an guess what open at nine on the door and windows, and my appointment is at 9:30 🕤 an no one is here this is poor service, and very dishonest…

My car was towed to Mr Tire for a flat tire repair. They were wonderful! They provided cost effective options, explained each option, and completed all the work quickly. Thank you

We were quoted $250 for brake service but that was just a “starting price” to get you in the door then the real upsell began. Not sure how a break service goes from $250 to $800+ after they look at the car. Full disclosure, we have a low mileage vehicle that we drive only when we are leaving the beltway. We metro more than drive. If you take your vehicle to this place be prepared hear that your vehicle has all sorts of problems. We took our vehicle to another location.

I took my 4Runner here and had an amazing experience with Mohammad. He provided excellent service, helped me get great prices on my tires, and even diagnosed a suspension issue I was having. I highly recommend this shop, especially seeing Mohammad

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. This was the worst car-related experience I've ever had. I requested an oil change and 21 point inspection this past January. Despite having an appointment, they took 2 hours to service my car without ever calling to tell me my car was finished (I was at the coffee shop next door and went back to the shop only to find my car sitting idle in the parking lot). The following day, I was two hours into a 6 hour road trip before my low tire pressure light came on. I pulled over into a gas station only to find my tires were all half the ideal PSI, meaning the mechanic didn't fill up my tires. An hour after filling my tires, I started to smell gas whenever I stopped, but I figured it was just because I was around other cars on the highway. Once I arrived at my destination, I checked under the hood and found the mechanic had forgotten to put my oil cap back on. Oil completely coated my engine and other parts under the hood. I immediately took it to a Honda dealership, where I was notified that the dip stick reported there was no oil left in my tank. I drove for hours with little to no oil, which must have wreaked havoc to my engine. After the dealership refilled my oil and cleaned off whatever they could, I went back to this location to report the problem. The guy at the front desk copied all the receipts (though notably "lost them," requiring me to resend them later on). The manager later instructed me that the claim would have to proceed via insurance. I sent her all required information and have not heard from the dealer nor the insurance carrier in 3 weeks to initiate the claim for the money I paid for the oil change plus whatever damage was done on account of this negligence. Unfortunately, the manager is only in two or three days a week, and so getting in touch with her is exceedingly difficult. This is made even worse by her refusal to respond to my emails or return my calls when she is not in the office. I have never been more disappointed in a service nor frustrated by that service's lackluster attempts at customer service. If I don't get a productive response by the end of the week, I'll be filing in small claims court. Stay away from this place unless you want your car damaged and money thrown away.

Do not trust your vehicle to Mr. Tire. I came in to replace one blown-out tire. They ordered the tire for me, I brought my vehicle in the next day and left it about 6 hours for them to do the work. They ended up replacing all four tires on my vehicle with the wrong sized tires that were meant for another customer! When I came to pick up my vehicle 15 minutes before closing, they realized their mistake, took three tires off and put my old tires back on as I waited for about 45 minutes past closing. Fast forward two days, I’m driving down Route 66 heading out of town and one of the old tires they mistakenly took off and then put back on is leaking air like crazy. Had to stop three times to add air so I could get to my destination. I had also asked for a front head light to be replaced which was never completed. They also told me my tire sensor would recalibrate itself to show the correct pressure in the new tire, but it is still indicating a malfunction. Run don’t walk away from this place!

A couple of days ago, I went to the Chris Brown concert. Just four miles away from the venue, I busted two tires — an 2hrs away from home. I went into full panic mode trying to figure out what to do. I called a tow truck company and needed to find a place that could fix my tires and allow me to still make it to the concert and pick my truck up afterward. The customer service went above and beyond to take Care and I got two new tires on my truck for a very decent price

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. Despite scheduling an appointment in advance to wait in-store for a tire rotation and balancing, the staff yelled at me upon arrival when I insisted on staying instead of dropping off my car. The staff claimed I couldn’t wait because they had multiple cars to service that day — ignoring the fact that it was their team who scheduled my appointment and assured me over the phone that I could wait. I adjusted my work schedule based on this information, and I wouldn’t have insisted on waiting if they hadn’t originally told me it was allowed. I'm not sure if the manager was having a bad day, but the treatment was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, they had used cheap clip-on weights for balancing instead of the proper stick-on weights that go inside the rim. As a result, my hubcaps no longer fit properly and are now warping against the weights (see photos). Based on other reviews, I can tell Mohammed is probably a nice guy, but whatever was going on that day, he took it out on me — a customer who was simply following his staff’s instructions. Even though I’m entitled to free balancing and rotations after purchasing a full set of tires from this store (which, by the way, turned out to be the wrong fitment), I likely won’t return. I’m giving two stars because the car does seem to drive better after the balancing, they replaced the missing valve stem caps on my tires, and they ultimately did complete the work as I waited in the lobby.

Manager did me a solid and helped me out. While helping me out found a dead bird under my car and also topped off my fluids. I’ll be bringing all of my business here in the future.

Mr. Tire, at this location, is the best! They not only had my unusual tire size in stock, but I was in a bind and actually took a lift over to their shop to get two tires. They went above and beyond, helping me when the lift came. The lift driver did not want to take me because I had 2 tires with me ...but the manager came out and assisted me not only with bringing the tires out, but in getting me into the Lyft driver pass his unfiunded objections. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is an incredibly overdue review for service from earlier this year, but I wanted to ensure I still left it! During a previous oil change at the car dealership, I was told that I needed an alignment. I decided to take my car to Mr. Tire for a second opinion. The customer service was very friendly and honest, and they were quick looking over my car. Although they had the chance to also say I needed an alignment, they told me that I did not. My car is 8 years old with only 30k miles on it. The tires are older, yes, but they are fine and no sort of alignment was needed. I appreciated the honest result!

Extremely Unprofessional Manager and Terrible Customer Service I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Mr. Tire today was so shockingly rude and disrespectful that I feel compelled to share. The front desk “manager” named “Boba or Babu” has one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve ever experienced. When I first walked in this morning just to get air in my tire, he was helping another customer, which is completely fine—but he didn’t even acknowledge me. A simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you” would have been normal. Instead, he ignored me, didn’t look at me, and finally said in a very annoyed tone, “You good?” as if I were bothering him just by being there. He told me to go “in the back,” so I walked outside thinking someone would assist me, but there was nobody. When I came back in and told him, he just said he was the only one in the store. He could have easily explained that in the first place or asked me to come back later. I felt weird but didn’t say anything. When I asked if they charge for putting air in the tires, he said no. Later, when I returned after work, hoping to get better service. his attitude was exactly the same. Still no greeting, just a dismissive look, and he told me to “put your car in the back.” I politely tried to explain that his behavior felt rude and unwelcoming since the morning but he immediately became defensive, saying, “that’s how I do it here.” Go a head and complain and asked for manager-He told me HE was the manager and he has the “right to refuse” He acted as though I was begging for a “free service,” claiming that putting air in the tire was some extraordinary favor he was doing for me—saying things like, “I’m not here to do free service, I don’t want to get my hands cold, no other place will do this for you free.” In reality, almost every gas station provides this service for free. I was there because it was closer to me. There was even an older man nearby who overheard the interaction, and he acknowledged that my concerns were valid, saying he hoped the manager would learn something from the situation in front of him. After leaving Mr. Tire, I went to Metro Motors and experienced the complete opposite. Their manager personally came outside, filled my tire with no attitude, and even offered me a drink because it was cold. That is what real customer service looks like. I left Mr. Tire feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and shocked at how unprofessional and dismissive the manager was. I would never recommend this location to anyone. There are far better places that actually treat people like human beings. I will absolutely never return.

I just needed 2 new budget tires for my old clunker so it could pass inspection. The manager, Mohammed, was very accommodating, showed me some entry-level Ironman tires which got good ratings online and cost less than what Walmart or other discount tire shops charged. I wanted them mounted on the rear rims, then rotated to the front, for which Mohammed generously agreed to waive the $24.99 fee. Also, I had misunderstood that the 8:30AM appointment I had made online (expecting the work to be done within an hour) was only the time to drop off the car, and that it would take a minimum of 2-3 hours. I decided to wait in the shop, but Mohammed made sure my car was ready by 9:45AM. 5-star service!

Was having some weird issues with my tire pressure and Mohammed & team took a look and explained the tests and stuff they did. Ultimately, there was nothing wrong with the tire so they didn't charge for any labor. Gave me a lot of reassurance. Additionally witnessed Mohammed dealing with another customer ahead of me. Was really transparent about prices and gave the customer a suggestion that wasn't just "choose the most expensive tire". Great experience all around.

I had an unexpected flat and had to get my car towed to the shop on short notice. The team at this tire shop took care of me right away. They were quick, professional, and super helpful throughout the whole process. They replaced my tire in no time and made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate their great customer service and fast turnaround. Highly recommend! Thank you Mohammad for the help.

Car fuel sensors stopped working, car wouldn’t start and even though they were over capacity came out and spent over an hour making sure I could drive home. Honest men, good work all that matters. Would recommend the team to anyone, it’ll be a good use of your time, and done honestly.
