Overpriced services. Profound lack of communications, and WAY too long (over 4 weekdays for oil change, changing spark plugs, and some basic warranty work.) And didnt even accomplish a simple software change that i requested.

I went in the dealership for my first annual maintenance check and met Grace who was absolutely AMAZING!! I work remotely on Fridays with a new job and needed to get set up for Zoom meetings. Grace was so helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a comfortable area to set up and when she advised of the completion of services she provided detailed answers to my questions regarding what services were completed. I could tell from her responses that she was not only was skilled in customer service but also knowledgeable about my car which absolutely increased my customer experience! I took my vehicle to Porsche Arlington to replace the break pads. Grace was my service rep and she was wonderful! The service technician outlined in detail the work I needed to have completed immediately and in the future. Grace kept me updated via text and voice messages on the status of my repair. She arranged for me to get a loaner (which was brand new) and had my vehicle delivered to me when the work was done. I have been a client for almost 2 years. My 987.2 is my baby and the group of Porsche of Arlington works hard to make sure it’s always meets its service intervals. I have an extended warranty through them as well and have never had to use it because service is excellent. Hassan, Kenny, Donald, Sergei & Aaron. They have had their growing pains, but I feel confident my car is in the best of care. I would not hesitate recommending them to any Porsche fanatic. They recently installed a Porsche Sport Exhaust for my Cayman and it sounds amazing! Now they are working on my 2017 Macan S and making sure it runs like factory!

Dear Porsche Cars North America I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding a vehicle I recently purchased on August 4, 2025, which has exhibited significant mechanical issues within the first few hundred miles of ownership. I have attached a photo of the error that occurred twice. I purchased my Porsche with only 63 miles on the odometer, at a total price of $155,000. At 418 miles, the vehicle experienced a transmission error. Subsequently, at just 424 miles, another transmission error occurred along with an additional, unrelated issue. These repeated failures within such a short period are entirely unacceptable, especially for a brand of Porsche’s reputation and caliber. I purchased this vehicle with the expectation of uncompromising quality, reliability, and performance. A new luxury vehicle should not experience major mechanical failures so early in its life, regardless of any warranty coverage. I am not comfortable keeping this car under these circumstances. Accordingly, I am requesting an immediate exchange for a new, defect-free vehicle of the same model and specifications. This exchange should not require me to undergo a new financing process, as my current financing through Navy Federal Credit Union should be sufficient. The defective vehicle should be thoroughly inspected and repaired by Porsche before any consideration of resale to another customer. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I am prepared to escalate my concerns through all appropriate channels. My expectation is that Porsche will act swiftly to uphold the integrity of its brand and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up email Thank you for taking the time to speak with me while on vacation. While I appreciate Porsche’s review of this matter, I am extremely disappointed in the decision not to proceed with a buyback. As a first-time Porsche buyer, this experience has completely altered my opinion of the brand. I cannot continue driving a car that I no longer have confidence in, especially given the transmission error that has already occurred twice. It remains a constant concern every time I get behind the wheel. At this point, I would like to sell the Porsche back to Arlington and end my relationship with Porsche. This is not the outcome I had hoped for—I genuinely liked the car and was willing to purchase another Porsche to put this experience behind me. Unfortunately, it seems that will not be the case. While I recognize I may need to take a loss, I cannot in good conscience keep this vehicle. Please advise me on the appropriate person from your team to work with regarding the repurchase.
