I got my rear bumper replaced here after an accident. The customer service is very good. Edit: they initially used a wrong bumper and I didn't notice that. The bumper had spaces for 2 exhaust pipes while my car has only 1 pipe. They offered me a replacement of a plastic part on the bumper so that it fits perfectly (even though they performed the initial work 1 year ago). The job was done fast and the manager Juan was very friendly and helpful.

I just want to start off by saying, if you’re debating which location to go to, COME HERE! You will not be disappointed. To my dismay, someone rear ended my car as soon as I decided I was going to be selling it soon— Geico set me up with this location to render the repairs & I had never repaired anything body-wise on a car so I was very nervous. Upon being greeted by JB, the GM, him and his team including Tony were immediately so kind & professional. The process was extremely thorough & efficient. I was put at ease was in & out with the drop off within 10 minutes. During the waiting period, Karen called me to update me on my vehicle & I also received text updates regarding where in the process they were in. This really put me at ease & gave me an idea that they were all right on track. I received my car a week later, right on the day they predicted it would be done. Hugo was the person working on my car & he did a BEAUTIFUL, tremendous job. I was in tears. He undid my rear busted bumper— it looks like NEW! It’s magical. I’m still in shock. As a woman, it’s hard finding a place to trust but if ever I have any future body work that needs to be done to my vehicle, I will only be coming here. They are extremely trustworthy, communicative & reliable.

I have never had a better experience at an auto collision center. I was the victim of a hit and run. Caliber was extremely helpful - everything from working with my insurance to getting the car repaired within a week’s time. The customer service is fantastic and my service advisor specifically, Jose Viera, kept me updated the entire time with phone calls and texts. My car looks fantastic. Kudos to Caliber, I will certainly be back!

Had my bumper fixed here last week, they had it fixed and back to me within a week and my car looks back to brand new. They updated me every step of the way and even had the car rental company pick me and returned my rental for me to make the whole experience hassle free. Everything was upfront with no hidden fees or deviations from the plan. The customer service was great from the front end staff, all around pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

Unfortunately, I have been going to this company for years and they always make my negative experience (auto damage) into a positive experience (fixing my car). Service- it’s a one stop shop for GEICO auto repairs. Meaning you can get your claims estimate, repair your vehicle and pickup your rental car. The convenience and service is top quality. The staff is friendly, proactive and respectful in communication. They do a great job on getting car looking like new again. Hours - love how convenient they are for working professionals with their wide range of hours. Parking - make sure you park at the location in the photos because it’s right next to another branch. Look for GEICO auto repairs express sign on the building for the correct location. Location- it’s close to my home so I’m able to do everything within a hour. Yup, I’ve timed it. Overall, this is my go to place for collision repairs. I would highly recommend this location and company after numerous years of personal experience with them.

I chose this location for convenience, next time would choose a different service technician. Took three attempts to pick up my vehicle after being called that my vehicle was ready. First time, check engine light was still on (technician countered that it wasn't, another tech informed me that he was aware and knew it was a problem, I shouldn't have been called since my car was not ready) Second attempt to pick up vehicle, there was a scratch in the newly replaced grill. Technician tried to "rub it out" and pushed back that I wanted it replaced. He also tried to gaslight me that the wheel well liner came without clips/caps. Even after showing him pictures of my vehicle when it arrived with them, he talked down to me that this was so out of the ordinary but he would do a favor and install them. (the wheel well liner was not connected to the body) I encourage you to inspect your vehicles and take pictures at drop off and delivery. Afifi (technician) seems to take shortcuts to get vehicles done "on time". He is not transparent about your vehicle timeline or direct in his communication. Would use another location next time. (all other individuals I encountered were helpful and pleasant, great reception staff)

So sad to have to leave this review, but they kept texting and emailing reminding me, sooo. Had an accident with a parking garage - back panel. Chose these guys because they were recommended by USAA, and I had been there before. I get my car back - and instantly notice, there were weird scratches that were not there before, and was not near the injured area. "Oh, it was like that"... Sir, it was NOT like that. I get home and do some more inspection. There is a really bad haze on all of the windows, and what looks like a chemical burn on the plastic parts. AND a stack of paper plates in my glove compartment. Honda / Catering table? C'mon yall. I took my car back to get that cleaned up. Later I find they removed and disposed of my parking pass sticker - in another area that was not injured. That is $75 (they made my insurance pay). Then windows were still foggy, so I had to go back. I asked what time to come, 9-11am, I come at 10:30. ZERO people were in the office. Turns out they were in a meeting. I could hear the motivational chants in the back. So I sit and wait and wait - I brought my computer, thank the lord, cause I sat for a while. Finally - they take my car back again - "Arent yall supposed to tape this up" ... "Yea, but... " BUT WHAT?! No quality control? No protecting the uninjured parts of the car? Meanwhile... "Don't forget to leave us a review!!!" Did they apologize? NOPE.. just "oh ok, just bring it back and we'll look at it"

I usually dont write google reviews but this compelled me to write one. I got my Hyundai veloster 2020 back from Caliber Collison on Oct 17th after 2 and half weeks. There were still 2 parts to be replaced. (Pics attached). I was told that the parts were already ordered and that I ll get a call next week. Its been more then a week so I gave them a call today. I am just getting run around being transfered to someone from front desk and back and forth. Its frustrating enough that I have to go back to get those 2 part replaced. Now they are just playing since they alreasy submitted their claim to geico and got their money but tge customer is still stranded. Addendum: Got a call from them within an hour of posting this review. Not sure if they saw this before calling me. Got both parts fixed the next day.
