I went there to install 2 new tires I had, they charged me $58 for installation. Also, they took about 2 hours to install them. Worsts service and expensive price. Since, you have car, drive a bit and go somewhere else. Never going back!!!

I needed my vehicle state inspection and emissions inspection and I also wanted to explore the shops in my local area. Arlington Auto Services was quick and very friendly. I showed up right as they were starting their inspections for the day and was quickly attended too. The mechanic told me where to park my vehicle and what my approximate wait would be. 30 minutes or so later my vehicle was all sorted out. I would definitely recommend Arlington Auto Services.

Had an issue with my BMW a while back. I was skeptical but I heard a couple reviews about them from my family. Their mechanics are really great. I can honestly say, I really trust these guys. Not many places around you can say that about in this industry. They have really literally the best value around, and their guys are pretty friendly. I'd rate 5/5... not just on their gas prices.

The hispanic staff are very friendly especially Mr Pablo. He is very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, today he was busy and the other sir named "cat " in his tag was very disrespectful and started yelling at me because I got confused with the line thing. I thought i had to first get my car fixed. He wanted to pass tbe inspection first. This mehcanic named "cat" looked asian. He started to scream to stop when I took the car inside. He screamed as crazy and if I was going to hit their wall or something. Very overreacting. He later proceeded to give e me a bad look. Later on, he gave me the paper and tried to pull the nice card in front of the cashier. By opening me the door. That man has anger issues. I do not know why you allow this inspector to work there. He should learn to respect their females customers. Very disappointing! You can do better Ali sunoco!!

If we were able to give 0/5, I would have given. I took my Car because TPMS light was showing on my screen. Despite putting air in, the light was still appearing after some hours. Then I called them and took my car there. One of the guys in the repair center told me that he would check what’s going on but will charge me $25. I explained everything about the issue to that person. I thought he would take my car inside and do some diagnostic. I was ready to pay higher because I need to go somewhere tomorrow morning and I don’t wanna risk. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, he just puts air in the tires in front of me and charge me $25. I used to work in Sunoco and we used to put air for free. Don’t go to this place..they will take advantage of you!!

I'm really upset about the inspection guy. I went there for the inspection, and the guy rejected my car, claiming that there was a problem with my headlight, even though it was working. He asked to fix it and charge me. I was confident that my headlights are working. I went home and returned to tell him that I went to my Mecanic and he fixed it. He was like now its good and charged me $15 saying that he adjusted the light. This dude squandered my time and stole my money.

One Star is Too Generous – Absolutely the Worst Experience in 45 Years If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This gas station is an absolute nightmare. The customer service is hands-down the worst I’ve ever experienced in over FOUR decades. Not only do they barely speak understandable English, but they also act like it’s your fault for even asking a simple question. I called to ask what time they close, and instead of answering like any normal business would, they told me “don’t ask too many questions” and then started ARGUMENTS with me—for literally no reason. I’m still in disbelief. Unprofessional, rude, and downright bizarre behavior. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. There are plenty of gas stations that know how to treat customers like human beings. This place doesn’t deserve a dime of your money. Steer clear

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited an unreasonably long time without a single employee approaching me or offering any assistance. I was completely ignored the entire time I was there—no updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. In the end, they didn’t even work on my car. Complete waste of time. If you value your time or expect even the most basic level of customer service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. If i could give ZERO stars i would.

This place is a joke I went for oil change a month or less ago. He change the oil change but didn’t reset. I asked him why you didn’t reset and he become furious and mad at me. Because I have been a regular customer for years, I thought he might have a bad day. However, I try to settle the situation and told him to take it easy. He went far and make me shocked what he said. I just disregard let him reset and move on. I don’t think the owner knows what is going on his business. There are many choices we have in Arlington, and near by. I think I will miss this place for good now. Don’t go there.

Don’t fix here they are not respectful and they charge high prices, I had a flat tire they charged me 35 dollars to fix it when I went home it was flat again so I went there the next day for the same tire they said they aren’t responsible for it so unprofessional and disrespectful never advise anyone to go there What a coincidence I have the same tire flat after they fix it Not another tire but the same one

gas here is always at fair price but the auto service is sucks because when I take my car for oil change they lift my car from one side and you feel that the car will bend or will break the frame at any time and also if you ask them about the price of oil filter they say it is $5 and the oil change always is $25 which is fair but last time they charge me $8 for oil filter $30 for oil change $4 to dispose the old oil $1 for credit fee total was $43 and I was so angry that they took that much money for only an oil change. so, they don't have standard price, and I never recommend this place for your car service.

I used to come here all the time, as it was very close. Gas is decently priced, and Cat and Adolfo always provided great service. Today, I went in for a routine state and emissions inspection and was third in line (or so I thought). Once I got to the front of the inspection line, they allowed two of their friends to go ahead of me so that they could start servicing other cars in their place. After 2 hours, I was finally able to get my car inspected. Yes, I would've left, but there were so many cars parked around for service that you can't get in and out without one of their attendants guiding traffic through it because of the people working on two cars in one bay or vehicles on the side of the parking lot. If you're looking to get a quick service, this isn't the place. The only saving grace of this location is Cat, the guy who does the inspections. He was able to do both my state and emissions inspections within 10-15 minutes and get me out the door in time to catch my meeting.

Absolutely zero stars. Went here and there's no space. Finally squeezed myself in so people could still get by. Went to pump and the handle seems broken, wont work. Spoke to man at counter through window and he indicated it was fine to use and didnt move. I gave up and decided I didn't want to use a different pump there. Guess what their hold is on my debit card that I entered my pin for? 126$. Stay away.
