I had a great experience at Audi Arlington. From the second I walked in to getting my car back after service, I felt like I was a valued customer every step of the way. The whole team was attentive to my service requirements and the technicians provided me with valuable insight regarding the condition of my vehicle. It wasn't easy servicing a ten year old car with high mileage, but they got it back running smoother and never pressured me into doing anything I didn't feel was necessary. Huge shout out to the service advisor Aaron and master technician Freddy. Those two are passionate in what they do and I felt at ease leaving my car in their hands.

I had the worst experience with servicing my car ever with Audi Arlington. I dropped my car off for a multipoint inspection and oil change. It was working just fine. When I got my car back, the air conditioning had stopped working. Of course the representative just offered for me to bring it back. However when I spoke with Daniel, the service manager, his customer service was horrible asking me why I wanted to talk to him when I already had an appointment on Monday. Today is Wednesday and who wants to ride around in a luxury vehicle (A7 with only 20,000 miles) all weekend with no air conditioning? Especially if my air worked just fine before dropping it off for service. In addition, my appointment on Monday was for a wheel alignment and recall on an alternator. Daniel didn’t even offer for me bring it back the next day for them to fix it or even look at it. I’m very disappointed with this level of service from Audi. I’ve never had this issue at Tysons or even the Honda. Asare, who works in sales was very nice and offered the customer service I expected from Daniel. I would not suggest anyone take their car here for service because the only thing they seem to know how to do is overcharge. The service is piss poor, equivalent to McDonalds in fast food. My neighbor drives to Richmond from Woodbridge to avoid this horrible service. She warned me and now I fully understand. It ain’t worth it, bottom line. I wish I could leave -5 stars.

I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in Audi car service. This is my first Audi car and I probably wouldn’t get Audi anymore. First, the service coordinator recommends service items to you before conducting any inspections. I’m glad that I declined most of the items except just getting an oil change. Because they did do a free inspection afterwards, which showed that most of the items they recommended were fine. The coordinator also seems like he only cares about making sales, instead of checking what the car really needs. Second, the prices of the items are much much more expensive than what you can get outside. Isn’t the purpose of Audi service to help clients maintain their Audi better? Instead of taking advantage of clients who purchased Audi cars.

Had an appointment. Made me wait for an hour before I was helped. Once helped, I was informed that there wasn’t a technician available for 7-10 days and I would have to leave the car there. I couldn’t bring it in once a technician became available. I decided to take off and bring it to a different car maintenance place. The wild thing is that I am looking to upgrade to an SUV. One thing is for sure: it won’t be an Audi from this dealer

Disappointing Wait Time for a Scheduled Appointment If I could leave negative stars, I would. I had a scheduled appointment at Audi Arlington for a simple tire balance and rotation at 10:30 AM, expecting a routine and timely service. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 4.5 hours for a job that should have taken a fraction of that time. What made the experience even more frustrating was that walk-in customers seemed to be getting serviced faster than my scheduled appointment. If scheduling in advance doesn’t provide any priority, what’s the point? Although the customer service representatives were polite and professional, the excessive wait time made the visit completely not worth it. To make matters worse, there was no offer of compensation or effort to make up for the inconvenience. If you plan to visit, bring a tent or something similar because you’ll be there for a long time—even with a scheduled appointment. If you value your time, I’d suggest considering other options or at least being prepared for an extended and frustrating wait—even with an appointment. Would not recommend based on this experience.

My Audi broke down unexpectedly and I needed to have it towed to the Service Center. It took 9 days before I was given a diagnosis for the problem and the quote that I received did not have any specifics of the problem. It was simply a single line that read "needs new transmission" with an associated cost of over $30,000. After confirming with the service representative that this wasn't an error, I had my car towed to an independent service center. A few hours of labor and 6 new flange bolts later, my car runs perfectly - less the $800 spent for complete repair. I've had all of my regular maintenance at this place since I purchased the vehicle but I won't be returning again.

I took my car to Audi Arlington to have the engine coolant reservoir replaced. Unfortunately I noticed that my engine was overheating and coolant had exploded from the reservoir all over the engine. Dried engine coolant is not good for engines. This puts me a potential risk for expensive future repairs. I towed the car back to the shop, cost of $121, to have the issue addressed. They willingly fixed the faulty coolant reservoir without additional payment. I requested reimbursement for my tow and coolant cleaned/removed from my engine components. Just to discuss my issue I had to chase the staff around. I called and left messages. Its been over one month and I still haven't received a response to date. Felt as if I was been avoided on purpose. I understand that service shops are busy but the lack of communication and transparency from the staff at Audi Arlington Service was frustrating and unprofessional. This poor customer service was unacceptable.

I brought my mk1 Audi TT for service and was treated great. Staff is very friendly and the techs explained the issues with my car. The facility is very nice and clean. The customer lounge is very comfortable and they have a lot of seating throughout the dealership for privacy.

The service is very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment on Sept 2 I called because I was running late and the service advisor told me the service I required would take a few days and rescheduled me 2 weeks out on Sept 16th to ensure a loaner was available. I am so very glad I decided to call to confirm and sadly there was no loaner set aside for me. Ricky said he was going to see what he could do and call me back needless to say the call never came so I called back and Luke gave me even less help making a comment that I had a loaner reserved for the Sunday before and I asked him what logical sense does that make when my appointment is on Tuesday. No offer to help me resolve or offer to get me scheduled to ensure loaner was available another day. I left Ricky a message and never received a call back. Your team should do better your customers waste a lot of time chasing down appointments that your team should be ensuring are aligned and correct. With traffic it can take an hour easily to get there and the lack of Customer Care from your team are too much. All over the reviews the complaints are very similar and so are the management auto responses. From the reviews and my experience today no corrective action is being taken to make customer experience better.

I currently have my son's Audi A4 in the service department for a repair. My appointment to drop the car off was Wednesday, November 12. A week later, my car still has not been seen by a technician. My service advisor Jonathan never calls me. I have to call him. When I reach him, I get excuses about a change in ownership being the cause of the terrible service. He also tells me that the change in ownership is the reason they are out of loaner cars. What's ironic is that this is my second time taking this car to Audi of Arlington and the same terrible service and excuses were offered then. I have several cars that I take to the brand dealership for service but I am astonished at how poor the service I received at Audi of Arlington. My issue is on going and frustrating.

I had a very bad experience during my last service visit at Audi of Arlington. I waited almost four hours for a basic oil change. After getting my car back, within just four minutes of driving, the vehicle started making loud noises and suddenly lost speed in the middle of the highway. I took the next exit, parked the car, and immediately called the Audi service department to report the issue. I was told to bring the car back, so I turned around. Upon arrival, I checked underneath the car and discovered that the mechanic had not installed the bolts for the underbody cover shield. The shield was broken, yet instead of replacing it, they simply reinstalled the damaged part. I reported this to the service advisor and was told I would receive a call to arrange a replacement of the shield. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted me. Due to this unsafe and careless service experience, I would not recommend Audi of Arlington for service.

Great service team at Audi Arlington! They are knowledgeable, and very helpful. The facilities and waiting area are spacious and comfortable with entertainment and snacks while you wait. The estimates are spot on, and the team keeps you informed via text throughout. If you need a ride somewhere they have a shuttle that'll drop you anywhere in the area if you need to leave. I've only had good experiences here with both Chris and recently Luke as well. Highly recommed it!

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for several years, but the quality of service has noticeably declined over the past couple of years. After recently visiting Audi Rockville, MD and experiencing their exceptional customer service, I realized just how poor the service has become at this location. Repairs here often feel mediocre, and in some cases I’ve had to return because issues that should have been fixed the first time were not addressed properly. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this shop based on my recent experiences.

Generally have had a great experience here. Mamadou has often been my service advisor, including my most recent visit, and he’s always very communicative and thorough in getting my car taken care of. They also typically do a car wash which is nice, and I was pleasantly surprised this last time how much they cleaned the rims!
