Our favorite shop for tires for our cars. Selection may be limited for some vehicles and they don't stock cheap (as in not-so-good) tires, so if you're looking for the lowest priced tires, check Walmart. If you want excellent service, fantastic warranty, and good prices, this is a good place to go.

Normally Costco provides best experience but not when comes for tire repair. I had tires from Costco for my car that has very low usage. Even though the tire is not worn out and one of the tire has a slow leak, Costco is not providing any repair service stating they don't do any repair on tires older than 6 years and asking me to replace with newer tires.

I left my car for tire repair and didn’t get a phone call. My car satin the parking lot overnight. I called many times and never got through. I had to call the administrative staff next day to get hold the tire people. I was told it was ready the day before. Really bad experience.

Almost perfect... Ordered tires online and same day afternoon got a call saying my tires were delivered. Came to store same evening and they took my car in as walk-in even though they were closing soon. Wheels were clean when I picked it up with no tire soap marks you get from other shops. They even put a window sticker with tire rotation mileage and pressures. Only problem is that even with the sticker in indicating 33PSI, tires had 40PSI in them as checked next morning before driving. Never dropped the pressure after bead setting...

I brought my truck in for a tire rotation and a screw in a tire. They damaged the bead of the tire taking it off the rim. Called me and told me all they had in stock were Michelin's and that it would be $245 to replace it. This means in a year when I get new tires I wouldn't be eligible for discounts unless I buy 4 more. I asked if they could at least discount the tire a little because it was their fault. Kyle told he knew it was their fault and that it rarely happens but they couldn't give me any discount. I asked for a manager and he told me there were no managers working today. A Thursday at 3:00 pm, hard to believe. He told me he was a supervisor and that there was nothing he could do. I always go to the Tempe Costco and have bought my tires there since they opened with zero issues. This is the 1st and last time I will come to the Chandler Costco tire center. Obviously incompetent.

Always professional, on time and efficient. I've been buying my tires at Costco for a couple of decade now. They rotate, spin and balance according to mileage and that makes me feel safer on the road.

I brought my car into Costco on 4/19/2021 for a set of new tires because the price was less than other local places. I dropped my car off at the far end of the parking lot where it would be easy for them to find it and away from other drivers. I went to pick up my car a few hours later and immediately noticed it had been hit. I took pictures and went inside to speak to a manager (who agreed my car was definitely hit) and filed the paperwork they requested & was told their claims department would be in touch with me. Long story short, after 2 months barely any communication from them, I was told it's not their problem and they didn't get any footage of my car being hit in the tire bay and they aren't responsible. I'm sorry but I took my car there for service and my car was their responsibility while it was in their possession. You can return a 3 year old mattress or vacuum that you simply don't like anymore and Costco will refund you 100% but if your car is hit on their watch, they aren't responsible? I will never ever take my car to Costco, no matter how much the savings is on the tires. Now I'm paying out of pocket to fix my car so I don't have to go through my insurance and have my rates go up. Beware bringing your car to any Costco.

Their promos on tires are pretty good (bought a set a few weeks ago) but price ends up not making a huge difference in savings even after prorated value of tires I had previously bought from them. Took one star for the pricing and value, took another star because they will sell you a battery but won't install it. Customer service is big for me and not doing something for your customers that should take only 5 minutes just starts you down a slippery slope for what you deem acceptable in the way of delivering customer service.

Folks that work here are awesome. They have done a great job on our cars for the past ten years. Everything from a little Scion, to a 3/4 ton pickup, to an Explorer and now a Tesla. No issues, great service, incredibly quick.

Honest and professional! Made an appointment after being told our tire was unrepairable and leaking air (none of which was true). Costco had an appointment same day online, fixed our tire, and only charged 11.99. Can’t recommend enough.

Really great service. They ran through the tires they offered, provided recommendations, let us know about specials/discounts, and answered all the questions. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Took about an hour for a full 4 tire change. Appointment and membership required.

Took my car to get patched, made an appointment & showed up on time. I shopped then sat to the food court, waiting for the call that they were done. TWO hours after my appointment I go up and wait another 5 min for someone to service the desk. She asks me if I'm picking up, guess she forgot I dropped off since it had been TWO hrs. I told her I haven't gotten a call, proceeds to pull my keys out and says oh they must have JUST finished. I wouldn't even have left s review if they would have just acknowledged that they didn't call me & apologize, instead of lie straight to my face.

Just got home after getting my Tesla new tires. I had my rims repaired 2 weeks ago. There’s a 2 inch gouge now in my formerly pristine black rims that I just paid to fix. This after I warned them they were new and to please be careful. Disappointed

Solid team, dependable service. My car needed tires that they normally do not stock. Staff kept me updated when they came in and got my tires mounted within a short period of time after they received them. Gunnar was the tech that made sure everything went smooth. Highly recommend.
