Im leaving a 1 star review cause I brought my truck in for a air bag diag and that part was fine. But Marco my service advisor i tried to call multiple times and no one response only text message. When I picked up my truck another guy helped me check out that was good. They forgot my valve caps on my wheels and ill never bring my truck back here again. Marco wasn't even there when I went to pick up my truck either another negative mark against this place

My husband and I had a great experience dealing with AutoNation Nissan. Kade was our salesman...he was great! We already had in mind what we wanted and shared this with him. He immediately did his magic and brought us out the car that we described, which we had seen on their website. We test drove it and liked it. Kade asked a few questions to see how he could make a sale. There were a few things that I was hesitant about. Kade listened and brought out 2 more vehicles he thought I would be happier with! He hit the nail on the head! I ended up buying a 2026 Kicks! Their finance guy did his magic . There was never any pressure, but all options were offered to us. If we said, "no thank you", they moved on. Thank you Kade and AutoNation.

Did an online pre-approval thru my bank and just after a few minutes of completion, David Reznick from Nissan is already calling. Stopped by the dealership at 7:30pm and out of the door at 10:30pm with our new car. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and did not pressure us. It was the easiest and stress-free car buying experience we’ve ever had. Upon comparing the paperworks and the sticker price, I notice a price discrepancy for the dealer packages that was added to the vehicle. The following day, David just happened to call to ask if we have any questions about the car. I told him about the issue and right there and then he said he will request for a refund for the discrepancy and the check will be ready the following week. I got my refund as he promised. I am very pleased with my car-buying experience at Autonation Nissan Chandler, thanks to David as well as Cade, who did not force us to buy any other warranties or maintenance plan other than the GAP that we wanted.

We recently purchased our first Nissan Rogue at the Chandler Autonation Nissan store in January, so this was our first visit to the service department for a routine oil change, etc. We selected to work with Boyd based on his reviews though it appeared most of the advisors were reviewed with high remarks. In addition to the oil change we did also have questions regarding a few sounds that were new to us and Boyd was able to explain clearly those nuances and educate us to the likely reasons for them. We appreciate that Boyd also encouraged us to make note of anything that seemed unusual or caught our attention as possible concern and to not hesitate to notify him. It is clear that Boyd is very customer service focused and we found his communication, friendliness, and professionalism to be top notch! Excellent experience!

Our salesmen was David and he was absolutely amazing! He knew what we needed and helped us tremendously with everything every step of the way!! Now our credit was not the greatest… but when this crew says they can make something work they mean it! From David to his boss Sam to the finance crew all the way to the top they made it happen! And we couldn’t be more grateful and thankful! 🥹 walked in and broke down what we were looking to do and instantly David knew exactly what to do and knew exactly the crew he needed to make it work.. Lance, the service tech, solved a problem that started the previous day with another service tech. I made an appt to have my battery checked because the car was slow in starting and made a noise. I said my battery is old and it is either the battery or starter. The first tech said I needed to have diagnostics run on my car and it would take time. I said the problem is probably the battery. He said I needed to come back the next day. Appt was now set for 8am the following morning. The next morning I arrived at 8am and the first tech was not there. LANCE was now my new service tech. He is wonderful. Helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what the charges could be if it was a battery I needed. He advised that what I was describing sounded like the problem was the battery. He checked the system and saw that battery was installed back in 2021. He verified if there was going to be any rebate if a new battery was needed. I told him I did not want diagnostics run because I felt it was not needed. Lance advised he would have the current battery checked. I waited and he came and advised me the problem was my battery and it was leaking. Lance advised I needed a new battery, as he had previously given me an estimate, I advised to install a new battery. What a difference between the service I wasn't give the previous day by the first tech. I give the highest rating to Lance, he is a GREAT ASSET to Chandler Nissan AutoNation!!!! I will request his service tech assistance for my future car needs. Again, Lance is an exceptional asset!!!!

I just recently bought a new 2026 Kicks and the experience was way better than I thought it would be. I normally would rather buy 10 houses than buy a new car but after my experience with the agent John Groff, at Auto Nation Nissan, Chandler, my opinion has changed. Once me and my boyfriend got to the dealership we were walked over to the car that I was financing and it looked amazing. My car salesman Jacob was very nice and well knowledgeable and explained most of the features on my car and gave us examples of what they each do. Even though I didn’t have my down payment that night we still was able to get all the paperwork done and signed that way the next day after work all we had to do is to get the keys. I’m very excited about my new car and was very impressed on how they treated us throughout the whole process. In the past with me having to get a new car I had felt pressured but this time around I felt at ease and they made my experience very good and extremely happy and excited as well. I want to make a shout out to three people who were involved and they are Sam, Jacob and Micheal you three really made my experience at the dealership a very enjoyable one so than yall for that.

My service provider, Jeremiah, was very thorough in his explanation of what service my car needed and why. A lot of car companies want you in and out, but Nissan of Chandler technicians take their time and treats you like a real customer. I got a video while my car was back with the mechanic showing me issues that needed to be taken care of. That’s real service. I will definitely be bringing my car Nissan Rogue back for continued service.

Stopped in for a post purchase inspection. Very thorough at check-in. I do wish they greeted us at our cars like I’m used to at Toyota. I wasn’t sure at first if I was supposed to wait in my car or not. After a moment I got out and went to their desk to check in. Also I do wish the car wash was up and running. Great service though! I took my father here to buy his 1st brand new vehicle, upon his retirement. We were helped by Efi, who is hands down amazing to deal with and interact with throughout the entire visit.
