I trust Tony and appreciate his honesty. I had taken my car to Pep boys for a rattle in the back. After trying to get me to agree to about $600 worth of work, I asked them could they not just fix the rattle (since that's what I had brought it in for)? After $270.69, I went to Tony because I still had the rattle in the back. He discovered that the spare tire was lose!!! I will never go to Pep Boys again! I'm sticking with someone I trust. Thanks Tony & Country Life Tires! I appreciate you! Kim C.

Country Life Tires and Service is a great local auto shop. I would recommend anyone to go there for simple reoccurring maintenance like oil changes to more complex issues. If Tony doesn't specialize in the repair he will refer you to some one he trusts. I took my '87 pick up truck that was having transmission issues. He told me flat out that he doesn't specialize in that type of repairs, but referred me to another individual who did an exceptional job. He didn't waste my time on charge me to look at it and then tell me he can't do anything for me. I prefer to take my automobiles to non chain places to help support the local "mom and pop" stores/shops. Great people and great service.

Tony is always prompt with our service needs & is always so kind. He never comes out with a long detailed list of things that need to be done like most places & he gives us honest feedback. We will always take our vehicles to Country Life!

I took my car there as recommended. They said they fixed all the issues and with in a week the same lights came back on. I took it somewhere else and it's the same problem they proclaimed to have fixed.

I am in town for business and last night I placed my computer bag in the trunk of my rental car with my keys in it. I called the rental car company and they sent out Chad. Super nice guy. Well apparently my rental car you can't lay down the back seat to open the trunk from the inside of the car. Chad tried everything to help me but had to leave for another call. I was on the phone with enterprise rental to get a locksmith to open my trunk and receive a text from Chad. He found a video online and came back to help me. It worked and I was on my way in 15 minutes or less. Thank goodness Chad was my knight in shining Armour.

Let me start with I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. I personally paid more than I should have & personally feel like Tony took advantage of my lack of knowledge where needed repairs for my vehicle are concerned. Reviews are important. I research company reviews online & seek referrals, whenever possible, before I patronize a business. Why I feel compelled to share my experience. I drove my car to Country Life Tires & Service in Mauldin, SC, for repair after noticing an unfamiliar noise when I drove my car the night before. Upon inspection, Tony recommended I replace my front brake pads and front brake rotors, plus both front brake bracketed disc brake calipers at $239.96 each. He strongly recommended I replace all telling me my car was not safe to drive off the lot. I personally ignored my gut (don't be like me) & agreed to get the work done without soliciting quotes from nearby mechanics in the area mainly due to Tony's strong recommendation that my car was not safe to drive any further. To add, my spouse was out of town which left me with no other transportation. To be honest, I was scared to drive it any further after the prognosis Tony gave. I called around later that day only to realize Tony's prices were not competitive. I shared with him the other quotes I'd received and asked Tony directly why his prices were significantly higher than other shops in the area. He responded by replying that his parts were "high" quality. After inquiring, he also disclosed that the calipers quoted were refurbished, not brand new yet he never mentioned or gave me the option earlier with his write up & review/price quote. Would you expect refurbished parts vs. new parts to be used to repair your vehicle without disclosure? To cut it short, if there is somewhere else you can go...GO! Do not bring your car here. For reference, I drive a 2009 Toyota Highlander with 203k miles. Have Tony tell it...my high mileage car was unsafe, metal was scraping metal and hazardous. BEWARE! There are several other auto mechanics in the area. I understand the impacts of Covid-19 have been hard on businesses. This is not a reason to be dishonest and take advantage of your customers.

When my vehicle broke down on my way home from work it was a no brainer who I was going to contact. AAA assigned Divided Towing at my request and Mark was there to give me a tow in no time. He took it to Country Like Tires and Tony got it back running smooth the very next day. Great service, communication and an honest shop!

I have called Tony a few times for emergency jobs from replacing a radiator, brake rotors, and tire patch. Each time I've received over and beyond service, pricing, professionalism, and honest work. I trust Tony and I will not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything.

I've always received good work from Tony and Country Life. He's an honest mechanic, which is not easy to find nowadays. They are not always the cheapest around, but they are very competitive with their prices, and they only charge for the work that they do (not every single time they look at your car). I like the "small town" feel on the place, and I think that they offer great service. I recommend them a lot, and they're only a few doors down from my house, so that helps. I'm not sure why all of the bad reviews here... check them out for yourself before judging a few negative reviews... wanted to chime in so that a small business didn't get hurt by a few negative people out there.

I scheduled an appointment for motor mounts this morning, 8:30. December 8, 2022. Arrived at 8:00, the man had no idea of my appointment..said he hadn't checked appointments in 3 days..would need to keep my car 2 days possibly 3 it's a big job..gave me an outrageous quote..not knowing I had booked through repairpal...told him cancel my appointment he wasn't aware that I had.. reporting him to repairpal and posting a review.. Ruined my weekend. Moving to Savannah, GA. Other authorized dealers, the earliest was December 28th. As nonchalant as this man was.. no way these reviews are accurate..I wasted a week.

My 15 yrs daughter and I was stranded on I-85N…just pass the Harley-Davison of Greenville…where we had a flat tire..at 630pm on Friday…And we are from Atlanta (nightmare situation)…Not only did Chad the driver beat my roadside assistance company by over and hour…but while in route he called local tire company’s found tires for my 650ix bmw grand coupe that were open at 730-8pm on Friday…had them wait on us to arrive…took me to the shop he found and we were on the road again before my service would have even showed up. Great people…they go the extra mile…can’t thank them enough…highly recommend!!!

They are excellent! Had two tires mounted and balanced. One of my rooms was pitted, they took the extra time to see that it was okay before giving them back to me. Very nice, knowledgeable, I'd recommend them to anybody!

Horrible Tow truck driver for this company dropped a car off in my culdesac right in front of the mailbox facing into traffic. When I asked him to move it his response was, it’s already off the truck. It isn’t even my car and he didn’t ask anyone before he dropped it off in the culdesac and blocked my mailbox. Both my wife and I were at home, didn’t know he was outside until after he had unloaded the car. Refused to move it and blamed us! I think the guy’s name is Michael Noonan. Too lazy and apathetic to do his job. Any reviews above one star for this business are fake!

Willie was so nice and efficient. He identified the problem right away, got the corrosion off and got our car back up and running in just a few minutes. He had me test it a couple times just to make sure. He asked how I was doing, actually listened and has a sense of humor and made my day much less stressful. He deserves a raise!!

The alternator in my husband's car was DOA and I needed to get it towed and repaired as quick as possible. AAA dispatched Divided Towing to help me out and in less than 20 minutes later Michael T. helped me sort things out and towed the car to a mechanic quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism and grateful for his kindness. I highly recommend this towing service and will tell my friends about them in the future.

I had a plug in my tire that was not holding, I called Chris and he told me to come in and they would take a look. Nathan took the tire off and saw where the problem was and repaired the plug. I was back on the road and on my way in no time. I have had my car serviced by Tony and his crew many times. They have a good team working there and have helped me out once again. Highly recommend.

Horrible place if you expect everyone to be a honest day of work. Had my vehicle towed off of 85 involved in a wreck. Two employees that stumbled out of the tow truck were extremely this and unhelpful, avoided answer any questions o had by pointing at each other and repeating the address of the yard never gave me a name or a number. Call their supervisor just to happily greeted by another extremely rude person that demanded I pay them in cash before my car could be released. After retrieving my vehicle I found the car to have been ran sacked all compartments in the vehicle were opened my a pair of prescription sun glasses stolen. I would race below one star if possible

If i could give yall 0 stars, I would. The tow driver was rude and didn't want to drive to get his pay from my Insurance company demanded that I pay on the spot and then sent over 2 wrong invoices to my insurance company so I couldnt get my money back. When I called they said they were out off the office and the receptionist was gone. The invoice they texted me didn't have my name or my car info. Just unprofessional all the way around

Great experience with Mike and Tony! Saved me about $800 when we thought we needed a new starter, they told me it was just an issue with the battery connection that I was able to fix myself. Then, they did a coolant flush for me to help me get my heat back on for only $90!

The local township needs to come together and run this place out of town . What an embarrassment to the community. I was Estimated about 200$ , charged me 400$ for tie rod ends . Didn't tighten the nut on the clamp for the tie rod , and its supposed to be brand new it certainly doesn't look brand new either . Now my tire is at an angle and have to get a new tire and tie rods adjusted costing about 350$ . Idk if it was an error or what happened but seems not right . Be careful with this company.
