In the past the customer service was very bad, but now that I've met the new manager and the assistant manager napa will continue to get my business because the customer service they provide is always great and I couldn't ask for anything more. Except for lower gas prices 🤣

Helpful people in here. They even offer auto services out back like pressing in bearings. It's the only Napa I know that does wheel hub bearings. It's easy to get in and out of here.

I have f250 2018 and i can't find universal joint any where for my truck This guys find out They found that my truck comes with a f450 chassis, something the dealer with the vin number could do. giving me the wrong part thanks NAPA

My husband had bought a battery from Napa 2 years ago. The battery quit working so I took it up to see if it was still under warranty or if I needed to buy a new battery. When I got to the store the man told me they couldn’t look us up in the system because they don’t keep that information on hand. So I asked if he could get it off the battery. We went and looked at it and he told me the battery needs to come out of the truck to see the serial number. And that I needed to pull it out. I told him I had no way of doing this. And he suggested I take the battery out at home and bring it back up there. Umm the truck doesn't work with out a battery so how would I drive with out it?? He then said he wouldn’t put a new battery back in it either. Online it clearly says Napa will replace your battery. At that point I went to Advance Auto parts to just buy a new battery from a store that gives me helpful and friendly service. I will never buy anything from Napa again. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
