I had two gentlemen helping me and I can’t remember the other person’s name, but he and Brady went well out of their way to help me. They were both so kind and took lots of extra time and energy that they didn’t have to, (on a cold/misty afternoon) to get my car’s issue resolved. I am beyond thankful for their kindness and expertise!

Don't Go to this store. They'll make you carry a battery out. They won't help you. They asked other employees if they know how to charge batteries. I went up there to replace a battery not even a year old and they said they had to leave it up there on charge. It was on nine bolts. It only took 30 minutes for it to charge. They said it was going to take up to 4 hours to charge. I took it to the one in Simpsonville. They swapped it right out for me. No questions asked

Excellent product knowledge and customer service. Guys measured my blades and got them installed the right way. Top notch customer service. Johnny was the best, assistant manager was great too but I did not catch his name. Very organized store, everything is in its place and good stock levels. Very competitive pricing. Took a Orileys purchased battery here last night to be check if it needed to be replaced under warranty, it's almost lunch time the next day and I still don't have the answer because it was not charged the night before, just another day for me without a car because of lack of training or caring.

These folks are the best!!! Wished I had gotten the lady's name. Today before coming into O'Reilly I stopped in at Autozone. My wipers were coming apart, it was raining pretty bad. I went in to buy some replacements. They informed me that they didn't install them on rainy days so me and another lady went up the road to O'Reilly and they were fantastic! The lady helped me pick out some wiperblades and then installed them for me in no time. O'Reilly will most definitely be my go to place from now on. Thanks O'Reilly

Well winter storm #2 has hit SC. While trekking through the storm early to help out my mom...I made it from Laurens to Mauldin. I slid into O'Reilly Auto Parts for windshield wiper blades, before heading towards Anderson. A HUGE shout out to McKenzie for helping me get the right blades and she installed them for me!! Super helpful and patient with me, as I was a bit short with her. She helped me get back on the road headed home! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! Wipers worked great going home!!!
