I had an excellent experience at Greenville Offroad this morning when I dropped off my 2004 TJ for a rotate, balance and alignment. These folks provide a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff and stellar customer service. They even gave me a ride to and from a nearby coffee shop while my jeep was being worked on. On my return, my bill was much less than expected and my jeep left their shop with a better ride than when I got there. I highly recommend Greenville Offroad to anyone in need of auto service regardless of what you drive...and especially if you care about honesty, integrity, quality, and value for the money. It was well worth the 1-hour drive I made today to check them out.

This place is simply amazing. The staff (especially Cory) is professional and go out of their way to make things work out exactly right. I contacted them in a bit of a bind trying to get a truck lifted for my son's 16th birthday and even though they were booked solid, they still got it worked in and back to me by his birthday. They also went out of their way to cover the back window with plastic before some rain came through because I happened to mention to them that I was having a little bit of leakage that I need to fix. Seriously, I can't recommend them highly enough! I will use them for any offroad modification needs I have in the future and so should you!

Not just a Jeep shop! Cory and the rest of Greenville Offroad did a great job with the level install and new tires and rims. Got a quote within a few hours of contacting them and Cory called me after work hours to walk through it the same day. Pricing was very fair for the quality of work they provide. I highly recommend Greenville Offroad! Not being exactly sure of what I wanted to do, I had a laundry list of items that these guys could have easily sold me and I would have been none the wiser. They actually talked me out of several things with detailed explanations as to why. Very professional and meticulous, even down to the Technician that I watched as he prepared my vehicle and the parts to be installed. NICE WORK GUYS! I will definitely be back for Phase 2!
