I have been to this place three times and fortunately it has been for nothing more than an oil change. Every time I have visited though, the price of the oil change has gone up. The first time around it was $22 and this last time it was $30. But that's not what bothers me. You see, I'm all about supporting the community and the small mom and pop shops, and I feel that the least they can do is show you some level of respect and professionalism. Every time I have taken my vehicle in, I have given them a specific time where I need to pick up my vehicle with at least a 5 hour window for them to complete the job. They always say that it won't be a problem, yet I'm always waiting. In fact, the second time I took my car in, I had dropped it off in the morning around 9:00 AM and told them I need it done by 4:00 PM. A simple oil change. I got there just before 4:10 and asked where my car was. They had completely forgotten about my car and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to do the oil change. Just earlier today I called to get a quote about an alignment ($40 from another place) and they told me $80 after asking a few questions. When I tried to see if they would reduce the price, he just hung up on me. Zero level of professionalism and they're always trying to sell you something. Clearly, they do not care about their customers nearly as much as they care for their pockets. I guess some forget that without us, their business is unnecessary. Needless to say, I will not be taking my car there for service ever again and will opt to drive an extra 5 minutes to the next place.

Joe does an amazing job! Super friendly and very honest. He's worked on both of my BMW's. 1 - 2 day turn around with great service at a great value. I can't imagine taking my car's to anywhere else. I highly recommend taking your vehicles to him.

The guy in front who also works in the shop has the worst way of explaining and speaking. His writing is worse than speaking. He quoted me for $650 when I picked up the car it jumped in to $1000. I don’t recommend this place and regret going there. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE, NOT EVEN YOUR BICYCLE.

This is one of the worst places I had to do business with the work they did was horrible . I’ve had to take it back more then 2 times in less then a month . They take forever to get anything done , customer service is horrible they really don’t care about the customer I would definitely not refer them to anyone ,

I’ve been taking my cars here for years. David is the current mechanic and he does great work. He documents everything (photos and videos) he does throughout the process. He also provides updates as he’s working and will let you know the approximate cost instead of just doing it and charging you.
