Reached out to have my springs installed on my g80 m3 comp. He scheduled me for 2 weeks out and I sent him videos breaking down the install within 2 days of scheduling me meaning he had almost 2 weeks to take a look at the install. I even offered to go as far as paying for an hour of labor so he’d watch the videos. Fast forward 2 weeks to the night prior to my install. He decides to text me at 11:45 PM the night before saying he doesn’t have the tools necessary and will “pass on the project”. This is ridiculous in my eyes and caused me to waste 2 weeks without finding another installer. I can’t comment on his performance as a tuner or installer but customer service lacks heavily.

I had a 2015 BMW x5d (F15) tuned here. I couldn't be happier with the advice I was given or the result. The performance is outstanding ... I know have the quick passing capacity this vehicle was missing. The sound is exactly the way I like it, mild but deep at low idle .... throaty at mid-revs, and screaming at redline. I even ended up improving the efficiency noticeably in terms of miles per gallons. I have one of the first, if not the first, Malone tunes with an EGR delete. Charles did a great job working with Malone to make sure everything worked perfectly. This is a reputable shop with the know how to get your BMW into max-fun mode.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of knowledge that Charles presented from the beginning. He installed a stage 2 Malone Tune and the necessary exhaust and emission system repairs as well as fixing an issue with my turbo EGT sensor. I could not be happier with the performance enhancement that the car has. It’s like a new car. I felt like I was working with a friend. After the work was done, Charles took the time to go for a drive with me and explain the parameters of the new tune. He has a true passion for import TDI cars. He taught me a lot. I will go back to him for future mods.

Customer for over 2 years. Charles is a great resource in a fellow car enthusiast - knowledgeable and professional. Helped me understand and compare options for my car. Very, very happy with the 2nd affordable Malone tune he did for me. Kicks in at about 35 and pulls a lot harder. Cruising at 80 is effortless where it felt like a slog before. Feels like a new machine. Great acceleration from 70 up to whatever. Gas mileage looks excellent. Seems a great match for my upgraded clutch injectors, whereas before things were clunky. All the smoke is now gone on acceleration. Thanks CR Performance!
