This shop performed a difficult repair on my Toyota. They are REAL MECHANICS and are set up with high-end diagnostic and alignment equipment in their new shop on Business Park Drive. Good to know they do brakes, alignments, and all kinds of maintenance and repairs. They treated me with respect and honesty. I found a shop in Amarillo that I can count on.

We were in the Palo Duro Canyon when the AC in our Jeep stopped cooling. Rowena and staff diagnosed our problem fast and got the parts expedited where we were back on the road within a few days. They went above and beyond getting our warranty claim approved. Both Jeep dealerships were 3 weeks out on repair work. We are forever grateful for them since temperatures were around 105 and we needed to get back on the road ASAP with our 3 dogs.

I am grateful to Craig, Rowena and I am sorry but I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name. They saved me today!! I was trying to get CO on a time crunch. I feel they bent over backwards for me. Craig did phenomenal with my Explorer. He told us what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. We had a sound that was being made on our trip to and from Dallas for a medical appointment. We called Craig and he told us to get it to a mechanic and to let him know. We took it to Superior Automotive in Decatur and they told us that Craig did such a phenomenal job on our car and that they are not used to seeing that good of quality work on a vehicle anymore. It was simply loud brake pads that needed to be worn in. Phenomenal customer service and we most definitely will be taking the explorer back for the rest of the work in a few months. Love their honesty.

SCAMMERS! They tried to trick me into paying them $12,000 for an engine replacement. They claimed error codes that no one else is able to pull up on their diagnostics. I had several diagnostic reports run before and after them and no one is able to pull up the error codes that they’re claiming. They also don’t have a copy of the diagnostic report that they ran. Nothing was wrong with my engine. It needed a new transmission. They are DISHONEST and will try and squeeze as much juice out of the lemon as they can.

Amazingly fast, friendly and honest service that came highly recommended for a good reason. While towing our camper through town on a vacation, we experienced transmission and electrical problems with our truck. We were first referred to Scottie's Transmission and Art (amazing folks and service as well) said that we should have our truck towed to Craig's Automotive. Craig's great staff fixed our truck by the next day and that was only due to having to wait on a part to arrive. The price was very fair and we have had zero issues since. Thank you!

Had a belt tensioner bracket snap on one of our vans pulling into one our customers homes. After seeing the belt hanging from the front end and the bracket barely hanging on, our tech took it to Craig’s as it was the closest to us at the time. They got us in immediately, ordered parts, and had us out in less than 2 hours. This is important, as we are a service company ourselves. We want to THANK Craig’s to the fullest for their upmost attention and serviceability when it came to the repair. We will definitely be bringing our fleet to Craig’s from now on.!

Great people...highly recommend!! Had my truck over to Boost 3 different times to correct their tune. Engine would die intermittently and my a/c wouldn't come on.
