They told me it was going to take an hour. It took 2 and even then I had to go up to the register and mention that I saw my car was done. My car has an air suspension. When I get to my vehicle I see it's not on. Nope. It was on just not working properly. When they changed my back tires they popped my air bags for my suspension. When I mentioned this to the head guy he told me he wasn't a mechanic and couldn't do anything about it.

Im handing out 5 stars today And thus auto service has got to he the most organized one I have seen in past few years.. Everybody knows what job they are suppose to be performing hands down. I went in to get a flat fixed and I was out of there and rolling in less than 20 minutes. And thats with other vehicles ahead of me.. Very friendly customer relations and the emloyees all got along with one another and smiling.. Nice to see they are happy to be there..Their boss must be proud of them

Didn’t tighten the oil filter, and lost every bit of the oil in my car. I’ll be lucky if I don’t have to replace the engine. When I took it up there to show them they took no responsibility and just kept saying I don’t know to every question, they were unprofessional and rude from the techs to the service manager and even their general manager. Pretty pathetic it took them 2 hours to complete and they made a costly mistake that should have never happened! I asked them to credit me for the oil I had to put back in which was only $15, and not a $10,000 rebuilt engine and that was like pulling teeth. Never ever will I take my car there again for an oil change!!

Do not bother! Pulled up almost an hr to closing and Manger refused to service my car for an oil change. No cars in bay, just one in tire stall. Per guy, "no reason Manger just said no". Now I understand why so many bad reviews...... Walmart, check your team members. If they don't want to work, there's plenty of other good technicians looking for a job

staff is clueless . staff was extremely rude. sat in lobby 10mins before some one showed up behind counter. ended up not getting my tire fixed . almost on the rim they said they don't do duels on vans. I asked for air they said they would have to do a work order so they couldn't give me air at least to make it to discount tire. left me to drive on a flat. will no be bringing my fleet vehicles back for tire. discount is the place to go.

Came in at 2:15 with two cars ahead if me. I was told my car would be ready at 4. I came back at 4 and there were still two cars ahead of me, because "three of our girls are taking their lunch". My car wasn't ready until 5 just to out two tires on. Do better.

They did not tell me there was a charge before putting new tire on vehicle. I was under the impression that warranty covered it and had no other explanation from them. Had to have them take off tire.

Store 3383. Bought 4 tires back in 5/23..got a flat on one of them. Went to the store to get fixed and they had zero information on our account. Stating we would have to buy a new tire since the flat couldn't be repaired...without the receipt. After talking to the "manager"..I would have to come up with the receipt since a multi billion dollar company has no history of this purchase. After showing receipt and getting a new tire put on...zero apologies for there inconvenience. Luckily i wasnt broke down somewhere and needed this tire fixed due to not having a receipt would have been S.O.L Will not do business or refer any one to a walmart auto care. Customer service was bad..front desk worker was bad..

Walmart staff at Coultier st location in Amarillo were fabulous. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Had an emergency and needed a tire to match up with a set I just put on after damage to the sidewalk. Had it in stock, installed and had me on my way in an hour. They kept my vacation on track with minimal delay. Put a highlight in a unfortunate situation

So rude at the desk! I came in at 1:30 and said I had a two hour window until I had to pick up my kids from school. I was assured my car would be done with the oil change in that time. It’s been an hour and a half and it’s still sitting in the parking lot. I was told only two cars ahead of me when I got here and that number hadn’t changed when I checked back. And the woman at the counter was so rude when I asked about how much longer. She just said “we’re short staffed”. Well then don’t lie about the wait time, I could’ve gone to jiffy lube 3 times in the amount of time it’s taken for my car to just sit there.

Maps isn't what it used to be. On the way to your destination, sometimes it takes you in a circle around your destination before it gets back on track. That is a lot of wasted mileage. It twists and turns while driving, like it's lost or can't find a GPS signal. Definitely not the same. Gone down hill bad.

Extremely frustrating, the car center hours on Google say they open at 7am. I get here right at 7am and the car center doors are locked. I go into the main store to get to the car center and not a soul to be found. I drive back to the car center and finally someone opens the doors at 7:30. All I needed done was my tire to be patched up, I was told certified techs don't get in until 8am. I've sat here waiting an hour and finally my car got serviced at 8:45. I will never come back to Walmart for a tire repair. I will only come back for new tires. I will be taking my business to discount tire because they get people in and out especially during the week as soon as they open!! Y'all need to change your hours because they are deceiving! If I could rate -5 stars I would.

This is the 2x in 3 days to come. It’s convenient even tho it’s ok service. Theres nobody at the counter and takes 5 plus minutes to come from out of the back somewhere. May I suggest a bell of sorts. One time I came an hour before advertised closing and was denied service 🤦🏽♂️

If I could give a zero star review I would. I called the Walmart auto center around 6:00 p.m. to see if they had the right tire I need for my van. I was told that they had the tire in stock and I told the rep that I was headed that way. I got there at 6:38 to be told that they closed at 6:30. Please note that this Google listing shows they close at 7:00. I had to air up my flat tire to drive over there just to be told that they would not sell me a tire even though they have it in stock. This is ridiculous. Walmart has no respect for its customers and absolute zero customer service. Just in case there's anyone out there that didn't already know that.

Showed up because they said they had the tire i need over the phone. I confirmed when i got there and signed in, waited for two hours...finally walked up to find out what was going on and they said, oh we don't have your tire here. I asked why I wasn't contacted, the guy was dialing the wrong number and gave up after two tries. Even though I was literally sitting right in front of him! So I waited for two hours for nothing. Then when I went back to my car, my driver side window was rolled all the way down. Meaning though my doors were locked, anyone could just reach in my car, FOR 2HOURS! The only reason they get one star is because the manager was kind.
