Just had an oil change done at Midas and I have to say, the service was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner, and they didn’t just stop at the oil change — they made sure to check everything else on the car and walked me through what they looked over. Big thanks to Presely for going above and beyond. It’s clear they take pride in making sure customers feel confident and safe when they leave. I left knowing my car was in great shape and that kind of peace of mind means a lot. Hands down the best service around. I’ll definitely be coming back

Horrible experience start to finish. WAY overpriced, staff doesnt seem to be knowledgeable at all, and AFTER they messed my truck up AND didnt do anything they said they'd do, they still had a bad attitude. If you value your vehicle and don't want a bunch of idiots messing with it, dont take it here.

WARNING!! Complete scam artists! I took my vehicle in because my vehicle had a coolant leak. I fixed the leak myself but spilled coolant on serpentine belt. The belt started chirping. I didn't feel like doing it myself. So I brought it to them and told them I was having issues with my belt. The took the car and looked at it and tried to charge me 1,300$ to fix my vehicle because. I then explained how they were wrong as I know how to fix vehicles and just didn't feel like making the repairs myself. They then said my belt looked fine and they think my balancer was off and they would replace it for 400$. I knew they were lying so I said no thanks. I left, bought a belt and installed it myself. Vehicle is perfect now. That's not even the kicker. They damaged my hood and tried to hide it without telling me. Picture added. This isn't the first time. I brought my truck in last year and the told me I had a major oil leak and once again I knew they were lying. I took it to another mechanic and was told there was oil everywhere due to my recent oil change. Guess who did the oil change? Midas! These people are CROOKS! I warn you please stay away from them they will squeeze you for everything you have

They fixed my challenger. Water pump, battery, thermostat, power steering pump, rack and pinion, hoses, and probably a few other things. Expensive, but that's how it goes. I just got my car back though, and it's running like a dream. It needs a tune up and better tires, but the teeth are back in the engine and it turns on a dime. I thought it was on its last leg but they brought it back to life. Thank you!

If I can give this place a zero star I will my brother came in there for work that shouldn't even cost what he paid. They didn’t put none of the screws back on let along the cover for his fluid box. For the price he paid he should have got the best service they was unprofessional because my brother was Black.They made him pay over 200 dollars to put a battery I NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE!! I’m disgusted and upset with the way my brother was treated!!

I was having some issues with my car where it seemed to occasionally have some electrical issues. Midas ran diagnostics for several hours for me to rule out any issues with the alternator or battery. I have went and been in way too many automotive and tire shops. I have also been employed for one of the biggest franchises in the country. I can say this about this Midas location was a WOW Factor At how well they take care of their customers, They are definitely on point as a customer. I had an absolute great experience. They were fast at getting the inspection done and under the 15 minute rule. I can definitely say this is a place I trust it’s very rare to find an auto shop that you can trust. Today, the dreaded check engine light came on in my car. I went to Midas to have them run a diagnostic test. They ran the test and figured out what the problem was. They provided me a ride home, and repaired my vehicle. They texted me within 2 hours to let me know the repairs were done. I returned and picked up my vehicle. The repairs were reasonably priced. Staff was very responsive to ensure the repairs were done quickly. Thank you for your help.

After I had finished my limit of free oil changes from my car dealership, went right back to Midas. Even better than I remembered, certainly better in every way than the local car dealership. In courtesy, competency and service. Plus, they have oil change coupons and they even got me signed up to receive the coupons delivered to my email. I even received some useful knowledge about my SUV, just went in for oil change and tire rotation. Oh and tire rotation is complimentary with every oil change. Thank you from this business traveler.
