Called store for quote on oil and fuel filter change. Explained to young man who answered phone in detail that I was bringing my own fuel filter, oil filter, and engine oil. I asked how much. He said hold and asked the other guy. He told the other guy in the same detail i was bringing all filters and oil. How much to change fuel and oil filter. The guy said 45.99. He repeated the quote to me. I arrived at shop he pulled truck in and said it wouldn't be long. The 2 cars in front if me were inspections. 40 mins later after me asking they sent guy to drain oil. Young man told me it would be 97 dollars. I told them don’t drain then. Mgr asked what problem was. I explained that 2 people told me 45.99. I don’t understand the miscommunication. It was explained in DETAIL. TWICE. Then was quoted the 45.99. But still going to charge me 97. I Left with no service. Took to kwik car. Did complete service for 42 dollars. Will not go back. Not very good customer service if you ask me.

Took our suburban in for a car wash. Had the monthly membership and had it washed there at least 50+ times. Saturday 08/17/24 brought it in for a wash. One of their machines pads caught the front right wheel well fender flare and ripped it off. They refused to pay for it to be fixed because it’s older than 6 years. So if your vehicle is damaged at any of their car wash locations. If it’s 6 years or older they won’t do anything about it.

Thank God these guys are open on Sundays. The recent cold fronts had made my tire pressure drop and when I went to use the air pump at Walmart neighborhood market it actually ended up DECREASING the pressure on one of my tires to 18 psi. I assumed they were closed on Sundays but rolled by while looking for another pump and the guys there took care of me and didn't even charge. I have been here for all my inspections and so far have always had a positive experience. Your experience may depend on the type of issue you are needing to have worked on but I can say for basic repairs or inspections and oil changes these guys are awesome. Much appreciated guys.

Good experience. They got me in and out with an oil change, air filter cleaned, and state inspection in about 45 minutes. The staff are knowledgeable and will explain stuff to you, but they aren't high pressure about getting you to buy extra services and such. That's good because it'll give you options but won't lead to you buying stuff you don't need.

Extremely unprofessional experience at Toot n Totum Car Center. I arrived for an oil change and was told there were two cars ahead of me, no problem, I was happy to wait. However, the entire time I was there, the staff stood around one customer’s car, laughing, smoking a cigarette, and talking on the phone, while the other vehicles including mine were completely ignored. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time with zero progress, I finally left without getting an oil change. Meanwhile, other customers were still sitting in the office waiting, and the crew was still standing around chatting. On top of that, I was told bulk oil is somehow more expensive than packaged oil, which makes no sense, and the employee couldn’t explain the difference. Having been in the car business for 15+ years, I wouldn’t trust people who don’t know the basics of oil types. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Been here over 25 mins, 3 people leaning on my vehicle, laughing and not seeming to know what they are doing. One came in and said she was going to do the air filter thingy because she is afraid the clips will break, other girl goes to look and now they are all in the passenger side of car doing something. Edit: raised my review after being contacted and situation remedied. Am impressed with the speedy response after I escalated to Corporate Offices.
