You get what you pay for... Sometimes I leave there with my vehicle dirtier than when I came in, other times I have time to run it through twice... And the kids they hire to supposedly dry your vehicle, just give them a check and send them home, I have never seen anybody so lazy, they run the towel along the side the vehicle from the front to the back, then they wave you away. Ridiculous!!!

Great car wash service from start to finish! My car was brushed down well and foamed down at the start and dried well at the finish. Only wish I had had more money on me as they deserved more. .

Went in for a oil change and they topped off the oil but never changed it. Paid for a full oil change, asked twice about coolant, was told it was “topped off” never touched. They have no idea what they are doing, go somewhere else.

They can handle oil changes, fix a flat, basic general stuff. Not the fastest but waaaay faster and cheaper than Meineke, plus you get a free car wash. Be forewarned: they will try to upsell you for other services (but then, everyone does don't they).

Car wash does a good job. However, the folks get a little lazy when drying,. I have a pickup and they will not expend the energy to step on the scaffolding and dry the back window. I always have a $1 tip waiting for each of them if they dry the back window, but most times they don't.

I took my car in for an oil change because another oil place wouldn’t change my oil due to the oil plug, Jacob Upshaw and his team treated me amazing, they were all very attentive and explained everything to me thoroughly! They took great care of me, Very very pleased with all of their work! I was in and out with an oil change and inspection in no time! Thanks again guys!!

Went to get my inspection and apparently my windows are too dark. The EXACT same windows they approved for inspection last year. Also apparently my brand new Goodyear tires are going bald as well. Won’t be back, inconsistent service.

The TNT on 34th and Ross is great. Much cheaper than the dealership for oil changes and cheaper than other mechanic shops for brakes and other minor repairs. Very friendly and fast.

I wish I could submit zero stars. Let me start by saying that I always take my vehicle to the dealership for oil changes, but decided to take my vehicle here on Saturday 3/27/21 for the convenience factor. I had high hopes as this is just an oil change. The process went smoothly, so I thought. I went home after getting my oil changed and decided to run some errands a couple of hours later. As I walk outside, I see a puddle of oil under my vehicle, which was not there prior to getting my oil changed. I run back up to the Car Center around 5:15, but the Center was closed. I was able to catch one of the employees as he was leaving and told him the issue. He checked under the hood for me and told me that it was probably residual oil from the change, but I’ve never had this issue after having hundreds of oil changes performed on my vehicle. He told me to keep an eye on it and if the leak worsened to bring it back on Monday. It got worse and quickly for that matter. I contacted my uncle who is a retired mechanic and he graciously said to bring it to him so that he could look at it. He crawled under the car and said the oil pan plug was loose and after further inspection he said they STRIPPED my oil pan plug and that was why my car was leaking. We had to go purchase a new oil pan plug and the leak stopped. We were able to salvage the oil and add about half of a new court for the oil that was lost after the oil change. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE THE ENORMOUS RISK OF HAVING YOUR OIL PAN PLUG STRIPPED, LOSING YOUR ENGINE OIL, AND THEN PAYING FOR A NEW ENGINE AFTER IT SEIZES UP!!! Sincerely, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, ANGRY, AND NEVER RETURNING CUSTOMER

This was the only place I took my car to get the transmission fluid changed…. I loved it, they were pretty quick and location was convenient for me, however, the Last time I went for transmission fluid change they told me the cap was broke and they couldn’t get it open to change fluid….. told them they are the ONLY ones who have touched that since I got my car new in 2016…. He told me They were about to close so if I come back another day with the new cap they would try to figure out how to get the other one off…. Y’all broke it y’all should fix it.

They told my spouse they were going to fail us for having a tiny piece of red tape near the edge of the taillight. The exact red tape that is made just for the purpose of covering a tiny chip in the taillight like mine has right now. The law says the light must be functional, red in color ad it must be visible from a thousand ft. A tiny piece of tape that is specifically made for this purpose does not violate the code. Then they tried to make it sound like they were doing him a favor by not failing him for something that was not violating the code. I sent him there because I thought this was one of the places that were not petty that were going to try to look for any reason they can to not pass a car, especially when it's not a legitimate reason. Luckily they cut it out when we called them out on it, because I was on my way to give someone a piece of my mind. This is a business vehicle we use. If they would have costed us money, I would have got it back and then some. With our economy struggling, and everyone's struggling to even just pay bills and put food on the table, people like this disgust me. Honestly. They want you to have to go out and spend $150 for a tail light that has a tiny little chip on the corner of the light and is using the tape that is specifically made to cover that since the light is still fully functional. If your car is not in pristine condition, looking like it just came off the lot in brand new condition, I would not risk taking it here. It may end up costing you way more, just because they try to find irrational reasons for you to have to go spend money first that don't even match the actual codes.

I stopped in today to get my oil changed. It was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, the lobby was clean, and they had a movie on for the kids. The mechanic took the time to explain the different levels of each service and there was no pressure to pick the more expensive service. I did pick the more expensive one because it was still $20 cheaper than where I was going for the oil changes. They even vacuumed my car! I will be back !

I would advice to check your own cabin air filter, it's a good practice to check all fluids and inspect the cabin air filter like coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid are at the correct levels. Seriously. They ask me to replace cabin air filter, this has happened TWICE. I politely asked them to please put the cabin filter back in its place. One time they left it empty, I had to go buy one and replace it, this second time they left it on my passenger side, At this point, I’m not sure they are checking anything else. Kinda worrisome, sooooo just to be on the safe check anything on this location. Or just go somewhere else, My fiance got mad at me for not going back and asking them to put it back in its place but I had other things to do 💅. This isn’t the first time they have done this and it’s frustrating.

I asked them to look at my tires bc my pressure light came on and the guy went on to tell me that I would need to buy an oil change for them to take 30 seconds and see which of my tires was low. I have been a loyal customer to this tootn totum, I buy my drinks here almost every morning and I wash my car here twice a week. Not to mention I just purchased a new windshield wiper here 2 weeks ago. That is ridiculous and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
