1st Class Auto Body did a great job on our 2020 Jeep. We had a warranty item on the back door, someone had keyed our front passenger door for an insurance claim, and small dings and paint chips that we paid out of pocket. During this time they two people go out due to Covid exposure. Joel and crew reacted to make sure we got what we needed. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time, and with outstanding quality. Our experience over all was wonderful, I would recommend them to anyone needing Auto Body work done.

What a great shop! After having a bad accident and bad day this shop helped me in every step of the process. The office staff calmed me down, they helped assist in the insurance claim process. Once the insurance approved they claim they got to work and kept me in the loop along the way. I was so happy to have my car back, then to see it sparkly clean inside and out I was thrilled. I had drivers side mirror severely damaged. And some scratches from the pipe that hit the car. Crash Champions were awesome!! My car was finish in one day!! They washed and polished it and vacuumed the inside and cleaned the dashboard. We are so pleased with the work and the friendliness of all employees!!

My insurance adjuster was a complete nincompoop and closed my claim which canceled my appointment. This was an issue because it pushed the repair date out and we couldn’t afford to lose more time with the car out of commission. 1st Class really came through by fitting us in to their already busy schedule and came through again with the repair results. We had a minor collision in a parking lot and brought our car to 1st Class Auto Body for repairs. We couldn't be more pleased with the service. The staff was excellent and a preliminary estimate was provided. When we brought the car back for the actual repair work, they updated the estimate and worked directly with our insurance company for approval - all while communicating with us throughout the process. They provided multiple status updates while the repairs were ongoing. In the end, the work they performed was excellent and the car is like new again. The staff is both courteous and professional - they even finished the repairs ahead of schedule! Highly recommended A+++++

My experience was almost perfect from beginning to end. I was recommended by someone at my Honda dealer who said that not only are they dealer-recommended but most of the employees had taken personal vehicles there as well. I was able to get an estimate just by walking in, they took some pictures, asked questions and sent me an emailed estimate quickly. They were clear from the start that the estimate could change once they took the car apart, and gave me availability a couple of months out. Once I dropped my car off, they were quick to let me know what the updated cost was going to be, and I got regular text messages communicating the progress. When I called at one point to ask for more details, they were honest and upfront about the parts they were waiting for and how long they thought it might take. The work looks fantastic, you can’t tell anything was even done. My one issue was that when I picked the car back up, the cost had gone up again by a couple hundred dollars and no one told me. I understand maybe missing some things in the initial assessment, but to have given me two different assessments and still not seeing that, and then not communicating the cost until I was there to pick up the car was a little disappointing. Overall, I’ll still definitely recommend them - as I said, the end result is flawless as far as I can see. They’ve obviously got some very skilled technicians, they just missed the mark a little on communication.

One of a few shops my insurance sent me to. Car was side swiped while in a parking lot, damaged right rear panel. Took it in for repairs, it seemed like a good experience other then they kept the car a couple longer claiming rear senor data complications but claimed it was fixed. A month later (Last week) I receive an alert stating rear parking senor is dirty, needs cleaning etc etc. I get out to look and one of the sensors fell back into the rear bumper. Took it to Toyota thinking it was a warranty issue, turns out the tech at this body shop broke all the rear sensor bracket clips on the rear bumper and just taped the sensors back in place to hide the fact that they cause additional damage to the car without fixing it. I paid the Toyota shop to fix the issue.

10/10 repair quality. 10/10 customer service. My vehicle was ready 4 days after I dropped it off, when I was told maybe 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. I received texts updating me about my vehicle and there was very fast communication when it came to any questions from both sides. Picking up my vehicle was super easy, my car was still clean and nothing inside the car was changed or messed with. literally zero issues. i would recommend crash champions for sure, truly amazing.

1st Class autobody is just that - 1st class. Great service, professional, and fast. I had a small dent in my Jeep from backing into a railing. They worked with me on particulars of the repair (I didn't want my tailgate blended as I'm putting armor on the Jeep later) and had it in and out of the shop in 2 days. I challenge friends who didn't see photos to identify where the damage was - none of them can. The paint match was that good, even without blending! Awesome value and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie with damage to the back of the cab. A horse trailer had broken in the back window and dented the cab on our first trip out with it. Danno at 1st Class Auto Body did a great job of handling what turned out to be a difficult repair! It turns out that new OEM body panels were no longer available, so after much deliberation we made the decision to try and repair the panels on the truck. This caused a lot of complications with the insurance and the bank that held the loan. They walked me through the whole process. This also meant a great deal more manual labor, and I have to say the repair turned out beautifully. I had some concerns after I got the truck back, because I was still getting some water in the cab, so they spent a day and diagnosed a blocked sunroof drain and cleared it for me. What stands out most to me is how much the employees at 1st Class Auto Body were determined not just to get the repair done, but to do the highest quality repair possible. They were definitely concerned with getting the job done right and making sure that my expectations were met. When I had concerns and brought the vehicle back, they took my concerns seriously and I didn't get the feeling they resented having to spend more time on it at all. I've attached four photos of the before when I had things taped together, and then one from the afternoon I got it back.

Repair was great as expected (repeat customer). This time my wife had accidentally left her $8,000+ pearl and emerald multi-strand necklace, with matching bracelet and earrings in a jewelry case out in the open between the drivers seat and passenger seat. They could have not seen it. It remained untouched and I noticed it immediately when I picked up my SUV from the shop. The jewelry has a lot of sentimental value. THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING AN BUSINESS OPERATING WITH INTEGRITY!
