10/10 repair quality. 10/10 customer service. My vehicle was ready 4 days after I dropped it off, when I was told maybe 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. I received texts updating me about my vehicle and there was very fast communication when it came to any questions from both sides. Picking up my vehicle was super easy, my car was still clean and nothing inside the car was changed or messed with. literally zero issues. i would recommend crash champions for sure, truly amazing.

Crooks, My car had minimal damage but these crooks pushed it to Safeco/Liberty Mutal and had it totaled !!! How much do the insurance companies pay you to do this? I told Crash Champions this car was a "Beater Car" and I didnt care of the looks. Because of Crash Championins massive over priced repair my car was totaled. Dont use these folks all they want is money. Im sure they take kickbacks from from insurance companies.

My vehicle was in a minor accident, and our only option from the other persons insurance was to go here. I regret this decision as now I would’ve rather paid out of pocket and taken it somewhere else. My car was in their shop a month, the original estimate was 2.5 weeks and to start off we called the week after new years to check timeframe again. As there is an ignition interlock in this vehicle we also have to schedule a separate appointment after the vehicle is done to install that, in order to just drive the vehicle. They were aware of this as we had to get it removed in order for them to even work on it. The next timeframe we got was supposed to be either Friday the 5th or Monday the 8th they were just waiting on Firestone to fix the alinement and then they needed to “clean it up” and it would be ready. We scheduled the appointment to get the ignition interlock installed cause they said it would be done on Thursday . We never received a call, I had to call on Tuesday the 9th and ask why it wasn’t finished yet, they told me it was still at Firestone and that Firestone can’t figure out the problem with the alinement. During this call I told them about the appointment I had scheduled to put the ignition interlock back in our vehicle on Thursday and she assured me they would be done before then. Each time I make an appointment I have to pay money and every time I cancel I also had to pay money. The next day we called since the day after that was our appointment, and they still had not figured it out. They said they would call us at 5pm to let us know whether or not to cancel the appointment and that never happened. We have been the sole communication this whole time, then we called this morning for them to tell us that they have called us several times and that our car was done to the point that we could pick it up, there’s a part on back order that they have to wait up to a few weeks before it could come in. At this point I’m very grateful to have my car back in my care because the amount of stress I had to endure to get my car fixed was much worse than just getting in the accident itself. In picking up my vehicle , they realized they have had the wrong number in their system and that even though I called every other day almost they still can’t get a phone number inputted correctly. My car was also not cleaned up the outside looked worse then when I left it there minus the scratches, the dirt and water marks were heavy. I do not recommend coming here as on top of all this, the communication in their shop itself is awful. They had 3 people trying to explain why it took so long and why the communication is so bad and they were all on three different pages. Your system needs so much work! Should’ve took the hint when I dropped off my vehicle and you didn’t even know if their was a rental car requested! Yet your website clearly asks if a rental car is needed…

My Jeep was in an accident . Totally fine , no indication of anything prior . Crash champions did a poor job repairing it . We still have damaged sensors . Crash champions REFUSES to fix the issue properly and is even lying to our insurance so they don’t have to fix it . BEWARE and do NOT bring your vehicle here.
