Excellent communication- beautiful work and the phenomenal detailing inside my car was an unexpected surprise. Hired Crash Champions again in October 2024 to repair my passenger side view mirror. Quick excellent repair. If you need any repairs, don’t hesitate to call them.

Jon did a terrible job on our Civic Type R and tries to justify the shotty work. There are a tremendous amount of pinholes in the paint from lack of prep work and incompetence. Jon said this Brand New Honda Civic Type R w/ under 10k miles came in not perfect on other parts of the car, which is absolutely not true because the car was purchased new and garaged kept before accident. The customer service is comically terrible and their body work is even worse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE! ASK YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A DIFFERENT BODY SHOP!

Elgin Crash Champions are best of the best. Very informative individuals that work there. Israel was a really big help, excellent customer service. Updated details on the vehicle multiple times throughout the week since May. They ended up replacing my bumper and wheel after an accident. (They even fixed my fog lights that never worked) Keep up the great work. Would highly recommend them, Israel keep up the great work! Car looks A1, brand new!

Do not recommend, I had an accident and the insurance sent me to this location, I have a Chevy SUV with the black emblem on front and back, when they did the repairs they fixed the front and put in a gold emblem. So now my car has gold emblem on the front and black on rear. They should have known what color emblem it had as they took pictures when I dropped it off and it was the original emblem. I also had issues with the front camera when i picked it up and they tried blaming it on me.

Do not let Dan help you , horrible customer service. Since the day I went to drop off my car everything felt rushed. No communication from him what so ever. When it was time to pick up my car I called 8:30 AM was told it would be ready at 12 pm * time I asked to pick car up * when I arrived he was on lunch and my car was indeed not ready for pick up .. also looks like they damaged my car even more.

Crass champions went beyond exceeding my expectations. My car is 11 years old.The paint was matched perfect. I had some trim that needed to be replaced they maked sure it got done without asking or an additional price. When I arrived there was four minutes left in their work day to get an estimate , they did the estimate in 12 minutes. Just take it in there. Don't worry about it, Conveniently enterprise rental is next door if you need a car they're great too.

I was honestly speechless when I saw how beautifully you fixed my car! It looks brand new again and I am beyond happy! You guys are great! My car was done 1 day faster than expected and I received updates every day about what was going on with it in the shop. And I was so worried about the paint color too but you matched it perfectly. I’m so glad I picked to come here with my car because I don’t think I would have gotten the same service somewhere else. State Farm told me to go to any shop to get an estimate and this place told my father they wouldn’t give an estimate unless we agreed to get the repair from them. Sucks to know the service stops right away here once they have a feeling your money isn’t for sure going towards their company. If you’re following your insurance’s instructions and only need an estimate, don’t go here. Try gerber and collisions in south elgin. Their services continued even after I told them I may just end up fixing it myself or have someone I know fix it. They were very friendly and continued to have a professional attitude which I greatly appreciate.

Crash Champions in Elgin has repaired our vehicle twice now, after 2 separate accidents. Their work on our SUV is flawless, customer service is excellent and the added convenience of having a rental car company with a broad selection ON SITE made our experience efficient and hassle free. They finished our car within budget and in the time estimated, once, and a few days later the second time- Through no fault of theirs, The delay was the result of a faulty replacement part that needed to be re-ordered. State Farm gave me the option of choosing the body shop. I looked at several different body shops and read there reviews. All of them had bad reviews I came across crash champions and they only had 2 negative reviews but it was customers complaining about how there car wasn’t ready on time or that parts didn’t get to the shop on time, people need understand that it takes a lot time to get fixed if you want it to be done right. The shop kept me updated by text which is really convenient knowing how’s the process going. They took 1 week and I was really happy with it, looks better then before the accident. I had Camaro fixed once at a different shop and they took almost a month. 1 week was pretty fast for me. They did an amazing job they fixed every little detail. This is going be the only body shop I go to from now on. As long as my insurance covers it
