These guys and girls are great! Our vehicle got sent here after another location (S McKinney) butchered it. I know if I ever use Service King again this will be the location I use even though it’s further away than about 4 others. Staff was nice, understanding, responsive and actually seemed to care about their customers. Other locations should model what they do after this one.

Excellent to work with, took care of me even when my insurance company over booked me with them. Turnaround and quality was fantastic; Jack Dinsmore was my Service Advisor who provided exceptional service and cared about my position as a client. I highly recommend them and would use them again. My vehicle was a Lexus and I can honestly say I have the same level of trust as I would taking my car to a Lexus Dealership if not more.

We love our Toyotas and I was a little worried that the insurance company wasn't gonna use OEM parts therefore the truck wasn't gonna look original but they did an amazing work all the way from costumer service to communicating the progress and finish the job on time, the truck looks exactly how is supposed to.

Absolutely loved the customer service I got from Steven. He kept me updating about my car and made sure I was taken care of. My car did have to go back to have a few things fixed after it was deemed repaired, which wasn’t a big deal, however, my car wasn’t exactly back to normal when I got it back. Some parts were not flawlessly connected as before. Other than that, good location to get it done and on time!

Took my truck here for PDR (paintless sent repair) from the spring hail storms.. I was in shock how much less the repair estimate was compared to a couple other places I got quotes from (also how fast they got the estimate completed).. I decided to give them a shot. I came to pick up the truck and wow, was I impressed! I was certain that some of these dents wouldn’t come all the way out, particularly on creases/angles in some areas.. but there is zero evidence that this truck had any hail damage. Thank you Service King for the great service and pricing! I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need them in the future!

Had multiple major items and body repairs and all look perfect(I’m a detail nut). Brian made sure everything was perfect. Great costumer service from Henry and Joy too. Not the worst place and can certainly tell it has promise. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as great as it could have been. This organization seems to value their profitability over quality. What should have been a quick and easy job took several weeks due to them using non OEM parts, and the parts not fitting correctly. In the end, the job was done, but had to belabor through the process with them to get our vehicle back to how it was originally and still unsure how long some of the cheap knock off parts they used will hold up.

I brought my SUV in via tow truck to get a damage assessment to finish a claim I had filed months ago. Already in a very difficult and stressful personal situation since my SUV won't start, I was not aware I had to have my insurance call ahead to approve a work order. (No one's fault. Just some general miscommunication.) Without going into details, I was very mentally frazzled and it doesn't help that engines and body work are not my knowledge specialty. However, the receptionist, a sweet lady named Joy (an apt name), listened to my situation and respectfully and compassionately helped me resolve the matter. Although it took some time for me to get through to my insurance company, Joy never made me feel foolish, or ignorant (despite the evidence that I'm very ignorant about cars), nor came across as impatient. After finally getting the notice from my insurance, Joy was able to do her part, getting the necessary pictures from my SUV. She was as professional at she was kind - and that's saying a lot on both counts. She made a very long and stressful day (to say nothing of the last two weeks) have the silver lining I needed. I finally feel some peace coming around thanks to her help. She might "just be doing her job", but it made a huge difference with the weight I'm carrying lately. If the rest of the crew here are as great as she is, then I highly recommend this place.

Crash Champions Collision Repair in Frisco is amazing. Our repair was very, very complicated and required a lot of delicate work and intricate parts. Their team was able to put it back together and it looks brand new. They were fantastic- especially in the way they communicated all along the repair process. We constantly knew where the car repair was at, and when the estimated completion date would be, I would highly recommend them to all my friends.
