My experience with this shop was flawless and I would definitely go here again!! My Audi Q5 had a large/deep scratch and dent on 2 door panels, but now looks good as new. I initially came here because I thought it was Fix Auto and I saw they had great reviews. They told me the owner of Fix Auto retired so now it’s under different ownership but with the same team. I was a bit nervous at first since there were so few reviews for the Crash Champions listing, but I’m ultimately happy with my decision. The estimate and appointment process was easy for me because my insurance company (Geico) is partnered with them through the Auto Repair Xpress program. When I dropped off my car and got it inspected, the service advisor believed it would take more work to properly fix the damage than what my insurance had estimated. Martin really advocated for me and was able to get my insurance to cover the additional cost. When they were done with the repairs, they called to let me know my car would be ready in a couple days after reassembling. To my surprise, they called me again the same day to let me know my car was ready to pick up. Martin originally estimated the repairs to take about 2 weeks, but they were able to get it done in 5 days! The paint looks flawless and there’s no evidence of any damage whatsoever. They also have a lifetime warranty for the work they did. Thank you Crash Champions! Honorable mention: the receptionist was so pleasant to interact with and was a great communicator (black/red hair & brows, sorry I forgot your name!)

I was in a car accident exactly two weeks ago, and I just picked up my vehicle fully repaired, cleaned inside and out! After dealing with the debacle that is insurance claims, it was SO nice to deal with people that were kind and so quick to get my car back to me! My repair was even done 2 days ahead of time. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my car getting hit. Gigel went over everything with me in regards to the estimate and we looked over my car together. He was so incredibly kind & helpful. I’ve heard of places taking almost a month to get their car repaired but mine only took 2 weeks, just like Gigel said it would. The employees were awesome at communicating every other day to let me know how things were going. I would HIGHLY recommend Crash Champions in Gresham to anybody who has to get their car repaired. I had a wonderful experience with Crash Champions. I unfortunately had to bring my car to them after a hit and run which already was a really frustrating situation. Dealing with Crash Champions was the least stressful part of the entire process. Francisco and his team were so incredibly kind and helpful. My car was away for repairs for exactly 7 days and Crash Champions provided top tier customer service when giving updates throughout the process. Shay at the front desk was very friendly each time we spoke. A majority of the 7 days they had my car was just waiting on parts to ship— the repair itself was quick and well communicated. This business was recommended to me via my insurance company and I do recommend them for any future repairs. They back all of their work with a warranty so I was at ease knowing I could return to them if any issues came up. My car was repair was done quickly, with great communication, and returned to me much cleaner than I left it after a thorough vacuum. I felt like I drove away with a brand new car.
