My original estimate was for my car to be fixed by 1/15. It has been over 2 months and I still don't have my car back. I get a text one day that it's going to be done "very soon" and the next day a text pushing my completion back another week. It's infuriating to constantly have it pushed back one week at a time for months with no explanation as to why.

I had a great experience with this shop. Jen who ordered and took care of setting up my repair was so kind and knowledgeable and Mike who did my repair was so efficient and pleasant. My bumper was fixed but 2 other things got screwed up while the car was in the shop. All my sensors are not working and my trunk doesn't close properly. Big mistake taking my car to this place

I’m not really happy with anything that was done here. The only good thing here was the rental car person. The little green paint really isn’t a problem because that can buff out but the scratch above the reflector come on now

Brought my car in for an insurance claim to fix my back bumper and back door. Front desk and the technician were very kind and gave me a good idea of what work will be done. They gave me a pick up date within 24 hours and provided text updates as work progressed, which was much appreciated. They actually finished over a week early which was great, I’d rather them give me a realistic date and improve the date than keep pushing out the finish date. When I picked up my car, it seemed brand new. Exterior was beautifully fixed up and cleaned, I couldn’t even tell where the damage was. They also cleaned the interior better than when I've had it detailed. Overall great experience!

These folks are the best! The customer service from the initial estimate to the final pickup was five-star all the way. Everyone from the receptionist to the repair techs were friendly, helpful, and thorough in explaining things. The repair looks better than brand new, and was done days sooner than expected. And even though the repair only involved the front bumper, they washed the entire vehicle and even vacuumed the interior! I couldn't be happier with the work done or with the service given. I hope I never need collision repair work again, but if I do, this is the only place I'll go.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. Only because Google told me that I had to give them one that I had to. My car has been with them for 3 weeks and they keep pushing my estimated time back days. Now my estimated time is 4 weeks out from the original time. Don’t go to them

Six months has been since I took my car there they took extra days and now my credit report is getting messed up because Crash Champion haven’t pay Enterprise and it was under my name. These people are there to make a quick dollar and leave you hanging after they get your money. Sounds good we will do anything to help PICK UP THE PHONE IT WILL BE THE FIRST STEP OR ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS !!!! I had my car recommend by my insurance don’t make the same mistake is all the way on the insurance favor. They won’t replace parts they could ‘’fix’’. (1) 39 days with my car the insurance only pays for 30. Having issues with that (2). The accident happened in the right front of the vehicle they didn’t replace the rim they grained the part it was scratched and now you could see a dent were the scratch marks were (3). I have no proof of them aligning the car or balancing the rims after part of it been missing from the grinder (4). Missing plastic clips ( 5). Now I called they are sending me to a place a never found called today no one picked the phone. Is looking like is going to be a headache for me to look my car look up after 39 days they had the car. Will be adding pictures and more. They will not pick your phone calla after you pick the car up. I have been calling with no responde. They are not responsible for there job. After you take you car is your problem

disappointed with the service I have received from Crash Champions. I dropped my car off on 8/11/25 with an estimated completion date of 8/21. This then got pushed back to 8/28 due to extra damage being discovered. Fine, I can see how that might happen with collision work. However, it was pushed back again to 9/5 due to "a bottleneck in the paint shop". I reached out on 9/4 and was told the car would be ready as expected on 9/5. I called today (9/5) to confirm it was ready for pick up and I have just been told it now won't be ready until an unspecified date next week due to parts being on back order. Presumably the technician knew the parts were on back order yesterday when he assured me the car would be ready today. Finally picked up the car on 9/8, and the job they did was excellent. The communication from the repair center was patchy, and the times I have got through on the phone there has been a complete lack of customer service, and no apology or accountability for pushing back the completion date 3 times. Again, I would reiterate that the work they did on my car was excellent, but the length of time it took and the customer service could have been better.

They even cleaned it out inside a bit and had it shiny before I arrived to pick-up. Friendly and accommodating staff. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

Do NOT go here if you can avoid it. They called me and left me a voicemail stating that my car was ready for pick up. Everything was complete completed. I come to pick up my car. The check engine light is still on and another light is still on for my stop start service. Those two lights were not on prior to my car accident. They are trying to say that it is because the owner does not know how to fix this issue simply put. I paid $1000 beforehand had I known that the car was not fixed I would not have paid $1000 and I would have waited until they fixed it since they have received my money now I cannot get in touch with them! I want my money back or I want my car fixed. This is absolutely horrible customer service a dishonest business will never thrive.

I am beyond pleased with the work these guys did. I was told that every repair shop had a long wait time, but let me tell you crash champions did not disappoint. They were able to look over my car to do the estimate very quickly, then within a week or less they were able to get me in to repair my car. Jen is wonderful she made it so I was able to drop my car off because I wouldn’t make it in time after work, that process was smooth. I did call and ask for updates rather quickly and after that was able to receive text messages about the status of my repairs. I was unable to pick up the day it was finished but again Jenn made that process easy for me as well. Once I picked up and paid I was absolutely beyond pleased when I saw my car. Not only were the repairs wonderfully done, but they went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car. My mom always says return things better than you found them and crash champions you live up to that! If I need any future repairs I will most definitely be back, thanks a bunch, and keep u the great work! I added before and after photos!

It took them 36 days to repair my car, got the car back with a meh painting job because the car had rough patches on the side, and the back tire on the driver’s side had a screw on it! They gave me so many excuses on why they kept pushing the date of their completion date. My initial completion date was 9 days. I asked the lady if I can keep the car while they order the parts, but she said that once they receive the car, they will start the repair, so I can’t do that. But 2 days before the pick up date, I received a text saying that they moved it the following week! I had to call Spencer and at first he was confused and put me on hold. Then he said that they realized that they need the tailgate replaced and they had to order it. I was shocked that a car shop doesn’t know this for that week when we actually brought it to another place and they already knew that the tailgate needs replaced! Anyway, they kept pushing the date every week and so many excuses. 1. the tailgate needs to be ordered 2. they’re having a hard time putting the tailgate on 3. one of their team members is on vacation 4. they had a new equipment and they were having a hard time figuring it out! I was upset at some point that I called them and Spencer’s response was: “Didn’t you call about this already?!” I didn’t receive a call or an explanation every time they pushed my date and they didn’t seem apologetic until the end when I got Geico finally involved. When I got the car and the paint job had rough patches on it and had a screw on one of the tires, I thought about bringing it back, but I decided not to because I didn’t want to wait another month to get my car back! It’s not worth it! What confused me is why they didn’t know that it had a screw when we called them about this because Chevy emailed me that one of the tires is flat! I actually brought an old car in 2018 to the same address, different name, so I’m not sure if it’s the same company and it only took those guys 6 days to repair my car. That’s why I picked this place instead of the other repair shop I was originally going to bring it to not knowing the nightmare that I would experience from this place. I wish they will not keep the car that they are supposed to repair if they’re not ready to fix it yet because customers do have jobs and would need transportation! I will never bring this car to this place ever again and will not recommend to anyone I know. Attached are the pic of the tire, their completion date, their text messages and the emails that I got from Chevy about the tire.
