As whole their service and customer service is very bad especially those damage estimators where you want to fix one damage and they estimate another one and repair different damage. At the end of the day, your vehicle will be the same damaged. It’s pretty sucks. They don’t inform you in the middle of what they’re doing to your vehicle and they will only call you when it’s finished where you will be socked because they did something different than you want. Very bad. Please be aware that they don’t repair the way you want even if it’s already paid. They don’t care about your satisfaction. This is a heads up!!

Definitely recommend crash champions, the front ladies have well communication, & the repair team is awesome, mario also did a great job assisting and communicating during the process. Whole process took a little over a month, but i was kept updated the entire time, I would use them again in the future.

Came in to ask about an estimate, woman at desk said "We are only doing estimates with an appointment... so." No offer to make me an appointment, just a look and tone that I seemed to be inconvenient, so I just left, wasn't sure the set tone for customer service was worth my business.

I used these guys since preferred thru my insurance and will never come here again. Poor communication and finally got my vehicle back and still missing parts that they assured me the would get the following week-2 weeks later and nothing. Go else where as they are no longer Collision Kings and for me we’re not worth it!!!

After my son was finally able to CK his pickup out, he noticed things that were broken that hadn't been..smh I think you need to fix his pickup and rent him another pickup in place of his. This son of mine worked his rear off to save and buy his own vehicle just to have it damaged by your staff. I'm going to address this with our insurance.

This place is terrible now! Took my car to get looked at in November and never received any quote or communication from them. I have followed up with them twice. They blamed my insurance. I called my insurance and they had never even heard for them. The whole company is trash now! Sad because I have used them before. Even as I am writing this I left a voicemail 2 days ago. No return call.

Save your money and Go elsewhere!!! They get the cheapest parts possible!! They took forever to give me my vehicle back. Once i finally got it im greeted with mismatched paint, screws/clips missing, And trim peices flapping and rattling. Talked to the manager who just told me "well thats the reality of putting cheap aftermarket parts", which is funny because if he would have told me that from the beginning i would have took my buisness elsewhere. Tried talking some sence into him but he was unwilling to make it right. Now im having to go to a different collision center to get it fixed the right way!

I had a terrible experience at Crash Champions, mainly due to their front desk staff and management. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist us with locating our appointment, despite it being their error that caused the issue. Management did nothing to improve the situation and instead acted dismissive and unprofessional. While other customers were attended to and treated with courtesy and respect, we were not given the same consideration, which was extremely disappointing—especially since this location came highly recommended to us. Crash Champions deserves zero stars. Their lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crash Champions. My journey began over four months ago with my first appointment, and it has been nothing short of frustrating since then. The primary issue lies in their poor communication regarding back-ordered parts. Despite numerous attempts to get updates, I found their customer service lacking. They never took the initiative to call me with updates on the status of my repairs, nor did they return my calls when I reached out to them. This complete lack of communication left me feeling neglected and frustrated. Additionally, when it came time for the repairs, I discovered that the adjuster I was working with was no longer with them, and I received no communication about updated contact information. This added yet another layer of confusion to an already lengthy process. Overall, my experience with Crash Champions has been incredibly unsatisfactory. I expected better communication and service, especially given the lengthy timeline of my repair. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I bought a used Subaru with a great discount due to the door damage. Wanting to get it fixed, I shopped around body shops in Lubbock for a reasonable price of repair. Went to Crash Champion, due to a recommendation from a mechanic, and Eric was so helpful in getting me an estimate for the fix. The cost quoted ended up being around $500 less than most body shops I visited. So I trusted my car with them. I definitely was not disappointed! The fix took a couple of days, as estimated by Eric and it was ready to be picked up Friday afternoon. I didn’t get there until after their working hours, but the staff kept the shop opened until I got there to pick up my car. And the work done was amazing! It was like the damage never even happened! I have a World Rally Blue car, which is a paint that is very hard to match, but they got it spot on!! Would highly recommend Crash Champions for any car body repairs, especially if you’re paying out of pocket. They have reasonable pricing for excellent work!
