My brakes have been squeaking every now and then for a little while, and I do have an appointment at the dealership, but we were MILES from home today when I heard my brakes start grinding 😬. We called Ernest and he came right to us. He was very honest and had a practical approach to the solution, charged us quite a reasonable price (unlike the dealership would) and got us back on the road so quickly! His customer service is excellent. He was very kind, informative and friendly. If you are in Lubbock and need help Ernest is the man to call!!

Got a car from a dealership in Dallas not knowing all the problems…. Went to Kia for a check up it had numerous problems quoted me way too much for everything. Very thankful for Ernest. Discount tire refused to repair my tire because the screw that was in it was “too close to the sidewall”. That wasn’t the case at all. Ernest came and fixed it the same day, and was super quick to repair it.

Thank you both so much for coming out tonight. I had just gotten in from Seminole when I saw I had saw my low tire sign come on, didn’t think much of it. The tire puncture caused by a house key was repaired easily when other shops in Lubbock were not as enthusiastic to attempt repair. Ernest and Jose did quality work, examined the interior of the tire thoroughly, and determined repair can be safely attempted. Overall, very fast service and easy communication over text. I was able to schedule the job during my lunch hour. The tire survived a 360 mile roadtrip the next day without losing a single PSI of air pressure.
