These guys are awesome. I was 1,200 miles into a trip from OR down south to J Tree, then through AZ & UT back to CO. Needless to say, Indio was a far way from the finish line. My factory driver's side manual hub decided it was gonna give up the ghost at J Tree. I limped it a few dozen miles at a time to these guys. I had the Yukon Hardcore hubs I planned on swapping in (didn't get to it before the trip) with me, and they put them in first thing that morning. They charged me their literal time working the truck instead of flat-rating me to high heaven, goosed out a bent hub flange, and talked to me about doing new spindle/wherl bearing work for good measure. Knowledgeable, fast, fair, and effective. Can't say enough bout em. Even threw one of their stickers on to show my appreciation out here in the high country.

Stan is truly one of our local treasures. While he may not be much for words, he has the ability to tackle projects from a simple repair, to building a one-off ultra 4 car. Plus, he is the only guy I know of who stocks swepco 715 in the valley.

Stan and his team are the best at what they do. Their Honestly, very trustworthy and will be upfront with what's going in with your vehicle. My family has been going to crawl offroad for over a decade. You want the best for your vehicle, you get the best from them.

Went to get a quote on a simple 1988 jeep and the owner said he couldn't work on my jeep because the the engine cab was taken apart inside. The only thing left inside was the engine itself. I asked if he could rebuild the engine cab from bottom up, he said no and it would be too much a problem and would cost approx. $7,500 just to do that!! That's including $2,000 for a Howell fuel injector kit that costs $1,200. I'm going somewhere else, good luck!

I did shop around for the work I needed, Front axle seals and the rear main seal on my TJLJ Rubicon. When it came to Crawlur they were competitive in their prices and so busy that when I got the quote I was told to come back in a month to make an appointment. That speaks volumes in my book and I knew this is where the work needed to be done. To top it off he came in under quote. I know this canβt / wonβt happen every time work is done but that Stan is that honest in his dealings with his customers is serious old school commendable! Stan is a straight shooter and this is one of those very rare shops that when the work is complete you never second guess if it was done right after you leave. Without question they will get any future work that needs done on my Jeep.

Called and talked to Stan about the rear locking hub not working on my jeep wrangler he said to make appointment to inspect the problem. When he looked at the hub it was broken and he had to order new hubs for the rear since the original was not available. Now everything works great. Thanks Stan for the great work your shop provides I will recomend you to anyone that needs their 4x4 repaired .

Jim is extremely professional and helpful Servicing vehicles and his knowledge of Jeeps is extensive. He is an artist in his own right especially when it comes to vintage Jeeps. His pricing in reasonable. I contacted several other offroad shops and unless I was willing to pay premium prices they were unwilling to deal with me.

Mechanic? Craftsman! My husband and I have wanted to modify our jeep for over 10 years. We have never been able to find a suitable company to handle the project until we met Jim. We could barely get quotes from other shops and the dealership no longer answers their phones. We have other work done by other shops in the valley and itβs been total slop. One shop forgot to tighten the lugnuts on our vehicle. Jim is a thoughtful and careful craftsman. Our jeep looks better then when we drove it off the lot. We are blown away by the thoughtfulness and level of service. They have worked on both of our vehicles and will continue to do so into the future!

I called about 11am on a Monday to get info on calibration to my 35 inch tires on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. It was about 5 mph off.I didn't like the way it was driving especially when taking off from a dead stop. The engine was winding and rpm's were just to high at times. After doing some research on different units, I was still unsure. So I decided to call Crawlur Offroad. Talking to Jim , he offered 3 different units all running about the $350.00 range and explained which one he prefers. I was only a couple of miles away at work. After talking with him , I drove right over. His recommendation was the TAZER JL MINI in which he installed with me in the truck with him. Definitely worth the $358.00 and was out of there by noon. It's amazing how much smoother my Gladiator is running . More impressive was Jim's knowledge and his customer service. Thank You.

Jim and his son are the best. I had a shop in Phoenix put on a zone 4β lift and boy did they screw it up! I called Jim (came recommended by the techs at Cam Stone for offroad vehicles) and he told me to bring it in and heβd look at it. As soon as I got there he identified mistake the first shop made, one of which he fixed in the spot. I brought by car back for him to install some additional parts, as well as fix the other shops mistake. After all that, it still didnβt run right, but Jim took a second look at it and identified ANOTHER problem from the original install, but he took care of it no questions asked. 10/10 service and communication, I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to Jim and his son at Crawlur Offroad

I really wanted to thank Jim. I was coming off the Pacific Crest Overland Trail in my 2014 4 runner to get gas late on Friday afternoon. I found a leak in my PS line but by myself I couldnβt tell where. I called Jim as I was starting to head to his shop to see if heβd take a Quick Look with me to isolate the leak. He saw me as soon as I arrived. We found one leak quickly where I banjo clamp had broken. There also was a small leak at a 90 degree fitting that is connected to my power steering cooler. We tightened that. However and Jim found this there was a small leak coming from somewhere likely inside the Derale cooler itself. I have the cooler sandwiched inside my front bumper so we just bypassed the cooler so I can complete the rest of the Pacific Crest Trail. While doing the repairs and turning the wheel back and forth we noticed a metal clunk that had just started to develop on the trail. Jim was really wise. He put his had on all of the suspension parts on the driverβs side where the sound was coming from as we couldnβt tell just by listening the cause. He felt vibration and the clunk on the Upper Control arm. We tightened the UCA bolt back to specs and that was the culprit of the clunk. Canβt thank you enough Jim. You gave me great piece of mind that Iβll be able to wrap up the trail in confidence.

The owner of this shop is fantastic. He acts as if he was the one shopping and knows how to treat people. He turn the computer to you and you shop together for you parts. He lets you know what works and what doesn't. He takes a personal approach and really connects with his customers. Plus he ALWAYS answers the phone. (I know because I am an annoying person whom likes to call a lot.) I recommend coming here for any of your automotive off road needs. Thanks Jim!

Jim was amazing. I broke my tie rod end on the trail. I brought it to him right before closing and he helped look for a new part. When that didnβt work he stayed late and welded it up for me to get me off the trail and on my way home. Thank you so much.

Just have to say totally awesome. I came in from Toronto Canada had chk engine light Jeep was running rough. Spoke to Jim the owner and had me in right away while I waited. Diagnosed the problem and repaired without any BS. Told me about Jeep trails in the area. Highly recommend if you need any problems resolved. He has other vehicles he can repair as well not only Jeeps. Family business his son was also very helpful. Courteous and professional. ππ Thanks for the great service and peace of mind . Happy Traveler. π
