Great price Recently had my car rear-ended at a high speed, brought the car into 770 and the service received was above and beyond. They were quick, courteous and most importantly did the repair in a way that you could not see there was ever damage. The pricing was better than any other quote received. By far the worst service experience I’ve had. Every time I visit, the shop is overcrowded and clearly overbooked. There is little to no communication about when vehicles are actually ready for pickup, which shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. I paid $800 to have my motor mounts replaced, only to later discover what appear to be cheap, low-quality parts and improper hardware used in the installation. That is completely unacceptable at that price point. I strongly advise women — or anyone who values transparency and professionalism — to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.

I had an incredible experience at this place. My car had significant damage to the front left side, and I was worried it wouldn't be the same. The team was extremely professional. I live in Staten Island, and I did not have to stress at all. They came to pick up my car at my house, delivered me a car loaner on the spot, and the entire process was just awesome! My car was delivered in the promised timeframe, a little over a week, and in perfect condition. They even did a detailed cleaning of the entire car, that’s how much they care for their customers! A few years ago I paid over 80 bucks to do a car cleaning and that place did not even do half of the cleaning these guys did for me when I did not even ask them! I am super grateful for the quality of the work, it’s all very impressive, and the car looks and feels like new again! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for white glove expert auto service and a team that truly cares about their work. I do not like accidents, I hate them, but if I ever need help I know where to return! Thank you so much guys!
