This place has to be one of the worst car washes ever I paid $19 and I didn't even get the mud off the side of my truck and it was from this morning going through my driveway have to sprayers didn't work on the left side and then the pressure was just off like maybe they need some maintenance or something but it's almost like a kind of a joke it's not worth it unless you like spending money and not getting the product that you should deserve or even at least close to it

Only concern I have is with dryer, please keep note or seperate board of sign at the payment booth or entrance saying that dryer will last only 60 secs. Remaining everything is good.

Got the $19 wash. Sides of the car after the mirrors is still dirty, bottom of the back window is still dirty, trunk lid still dirty, back bumper still dirty, back of the car is still dirty also. Basically spent $19 and still have to wash the car myself at home.

Used the right lane. The left side of the sprayers didn't work for every function. The hose sprayed out the top with a severe leak. Didn't rinse off all of the soap. Car is in better condition than when I went in, but won't be going there again. Fix your equipment. And get a website to report issues.

At the time a worker was outside. Also maintainers where there that just did work. Kinda felt like a test dummy on the maintness. I used my credit card and got the best wash possible only $19. It has hot was rain x protection wheel shine ect. I pulled in slowly so the side and underneath sprays would do its job. I slowly pulled up till machine said to stop and parked. Using the touch cleaner for a deeper clean instead of touchless. Machine seemed to work well. The right front spinner was not even with the left. It went thru all cycles and then pull forward to dryer. Went very slow as i have used prior. Even though i went slow car was still pouring not just dripping water off. I asked the worker about it. He said did you go slow? I told him very slow and he watched me. I also told him about the side being off a few inchs. Unfortunately given my concern fell on deaf ears. He said maybe something is wrong with blower also they just adjusted that side. Well sitting in the car going thru you can tell it is not even. After our conversation i guessed he would offer another run thru the dryer at no charge or another $19 package to make up for the extra water on car spots left cause of improper drying. He did not feel it was a big deal. Well when you own a black car suv truck that shows. I have used these machines almost bi weekly paying cash inside store or using a credit card at machine. I gave the 3stars cause of my overall experience thru out many times going there. This one i would give 1 star only because of machine error and then employee un masked talking with me and instead of addressing concerns or offering another dry or refund or another wash. Even tell the guys that work on machine what i has said he just sat back leaning on the vacuum nodding his head. The guy in pick-up truck next to me had a waterfall coming out if the back of his. I had to run as extremely busy time wise at that point in errands. Hopefully a manager reads this and responds. If things where different on this or employee showed concern and addressed issues it would be a 5 star always. I have gone there frim the day they opened. I have had a few issues prior and i was given a cide for another wash. Makes up for it. When no concern is shown by the rep working right there is an issue. Also they use to give out air fresheners guess that is over. When the old female manager left the store Kimm. The store fell apart. When going thru carwash pulling in no water sprayed under or on sides. Paid for undercarriage and it did not even light up. Wax poured on floor and then machine moved barely got on front of car and the machine started spinning . it use to coat the car and then spin. Opened doors and soap in all 4 door jams and tailgate. They need to have blower go for another 20 seconds to let you dry car better

The undercarriage wash when you drive in those heads are supposed to twirl and spin and they're all supposed to spray water That's the last time I'm going to your car wash. I won't spend money with a business that can't be bothered to maintain their own equipment. I'd rather drive one exit up 495 and go to the mobile The car wash is much better and the undercarriage turbo head spin like they're supposed to. It's not the only time every time I come back to this car wash there's still not fixed You people suck

Paid for a car wash. when the car in front of me was finished, i followed the prompts to proceed in. Waited almost 10 min for the wash to start which it never did. Didn't have the time to go haggle for my money back across the street.

Used the touch less car wash and my truck looks exactly the same as when I pulled in. Complete waste of money, no number to call to get a possible refund or another wash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

First off… don’t go here if you are in a hurry. Touchless wash option took >30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us. After that, wash seemed easy enough however we were left with a car that looked just as dirty as we started (see pics). Warning….⛔️ Only spend the 24$ if you want to be streaky!!!!
