Had a flat on my truck and I called VIP as it was Sunday and it was only tire shop I could see that was open on a Sunday and I spoke to Eunice who was fantastic over the phone and in person. I brought my tire in and they had it fixed in no time while I waited in their nice clean waiting area. Staff was working hard but yet never lowered their standards when attending to me or other customers. Super clean garage bays as well which makes me feel better about my car being taken care of. Will be coming here for tire and oil changes from now on.

I had a great experience at the Brockton location. Eunice was very nice and friendly, she offered me a donut on my way out. The service was quick and efficient. My tire was completely shredded, I towed my car there and I was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely recommend VIP and will continue to go back for my tire needs.

I was about to get on the highway when I saw the low pressure light. Stopped and found a nail. Found VIP, thankfully open on Sunday. They found a second nail. The tire could not be repaired. Had to buy all 4. Not a surprise. The man who assisted knew his business, and answered all my questions. Very happy with this business.

Eunice and 1 other female staff were having inappropriate unprofessional conversations on the floor. Eunice answered her cell phone on speaker phone and could hear conversation about stool..yes poop! The other two listened and added to unprofessionalism with other conversations about personal life. Micheal was great and customer service was on point per usual. I was supposed to purchase tires and wheel alignment but I had to get out of there because their unprofessional conversations annoyed the hell out of me! I did let Micheal know about my concerns! I came in to the Westgate location needing 4 tires and an oil change. Joe was the Rep who helped me & was outstanding. Greeted me immediately, educated me on what was needed and helped me get everything I needed. Service was honest, quick & affordable. The location was pristine, both the office and the garage. The employees told me how much they loved working for the Company & what great ownership they have. The Company recently reduced their weekend hours, at the request of the employees, so they could have more time with their families. I had 5 star service & honestly won’t be going anywhere else from now on. I’d be 100% confident recommending them to anyone I know. Wishing Joe and the Company nothing but the best!

I needed my car checked and I inquired about filter replacement. Gary the district manager initially assisted and showed me where the engine air filter was located. I had to leave so he made an appointment for the next day. I was assisted by Eunice and Rich. Both very helpful kind attentive. They both took the time to explain the process and all other upkeep that needed to be done. The filter was replaced I got my tires rotated maintenance check and an alignment done. I also appreciated the electronic update as well. The coffee was a lovely touch to the clean and comfortable ambiance. The employees seem like they get along well with each other. I was looking for a new trustworthy establishment and I think I found it. Thanks Guys.

100/10 I recommend coming here! The young gentleman at the front desk was professional, friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They inspected my car at no charge and gave me an honest and straightforward answer to the major issues my car has. John was especially outstanding, knowledgeable, honest, and clearly experienced. He took the time to explain everything and I could tell he genuinely cared about my safety and best interest. The rest of the staff were all experienced and professional! I went to get my horn fixed along with tire balance per the suggestion of a friend. When the mechanic returned my car some of the diagnostic codes/lights were on. I was told the codes would go away once I drive. The next day the codes were still there so I went back. The front desk apologized and said it would be fixed. A few hours later, I recieved a call stating all the lights were gone. When I went to pick up my car, the tire light was still on. I informed the front desk and he said the tire light was on when I initially arrived which was a lie. Why would you call me earlier saying all the lights were gone? The front desk person then said he has a video. I told him to show me and what a coincidence he didn't have the video. I was very nice and understanding. I understand that people make mistakes but to lie straight to my face is unacceptable.
