The owner is a no-nonsense person. Gave me a quick diagnosis and a reasonable price. No attempt to sell me stuff I don’t need. I had bad calipers in the front that were noisy. Job was done perfectly and car was returned exactly at the time that was quoted when I dropped it off. This place is a welcome relief after dealing with crooks like wheel works. I am a difficult person to please and I am fully satisfied with the service offered here. Would gladly recommend this place to anyone.

My friend referred me to this shop, who has been a long time customer. When I purchased my first used car, I brought it here to be checked out, and they litsed all the goods and bads of the car, and gave me a very very fair assessment. I ended up buying to car, and fast forward, car isn't running as well as it could be, and they warned me 'bout it before my purchase. Brought it, they fixed it in less than 2 hours. definitely worth every dollar. I am extremely thankful for this amazing tech shop, and their attitude toward costumers.

Steve is a good auto mechanic with tons of experience. I found him on internet with many 5 stars reviews. He repaired my car’s problem which caused check engine light on and did a regular oil change all in a few hours. His fees are fair and reasonable. He also pointed out that my front brake pad needed to be replaced which I knew for some time and did not mention it to him, an indication that he paid attention to the car and being honest with truly existing problem. I will bring the car back to him to do the brake pad work in a few days. Thank you Steve, I really appreciate your good work!

Very capable, honest and reasonably priced. Have been regular customer for over ten years. Dealer workshops would say my (including my dad's, daughter's and son-in-law's) cars needed such and such repairs or maintenance and give estimates in the thousands. I'd take it to Steve Hao and he'd find most of these recommended jobs are unnecessary, then do ones he thought advisable at a fraction of the cost at much lower prices. As a bonus he's a very decent and affable person.

Steve is a man of integrity. He is honest with everyone, even if you have no clue of any car repair jargons. Also his prices are way better than the dealers. I have known and used his service for over 20 years on all my cars. I just hope he does not retire too soon!!! In one case, a replacement engine failed, he honored the warranty and redid the job completely for free. Most shops would find a way to wiggle out of that one and try to charge you more.

Great service! They are very professional, reliable and kind; the prices are very very reasonable in both working hours and parts; when you see the bill and check the prices of the parts online there is almost no difference, which is pretty unusual as most places add a big percentage on parts. On top of that they are 100% honest: yesterday I went there thinking that my car had a serious overheating problem and they called me a couple of hours later telling me that the car was OK and the problem was caused by an incorrect usage of AC; they (the owner and Carlos) kindly explained to me the issue when I picked up the car today and didn't charge anything. My car is an old Toyota Camry and my business with them is mainly maintenance, which for this car is very cheap: basically some oil a couple of times per year, so I'm not a big source of income; they just take care and respect all their customers; I love that. This is one of those places where you'll always see a lot of cars and it's clear to me why so many people trust them.

I have been a customer at this shop for about two years. The shop recently changed ownership, and the new owner is professional and honest when you communicate with him directly. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with one Chinese-speaking staff member. When I went in for service, this staff member immediately pushed a “major service” simply because my car is old, without checking the vehicle or asking about its condition. I clearly told the owner that I only wanted an oil change and for them to check the transmission fluid, and to call me if anything needed to be replaced. The next day, when the shop called, I asked this staff member to help translate because of the language barrier. Instead of confirming with the owner, he laughed, said my car was very old, and insisted the transmission fluid must be changed. Only after I asked him to check directly with the owner did the owner clearly say the transmission fluid did NOT need to be changed. The owner was professional once involved, but this staff member’s attitude and lack of professionalism are misleading and take advantage of language barriers. I strongly recommend speaking directly with the owner and being cautious with this staff member.
