This place is fantastic, not only place but also service. I came here for wheel alignment, they finished it almost in no time. I just worked there with coffee they provided sound and quiet. And the nearby shopping or malls are walking distance. Will come again definitely.

Definitely come here to get new tires. The prices are all very transparent online and in store. They don’t upsell you anything. I scheduled an appointment online to get my new tires installed, but was told it would take 2hrs+ wait time. I couldn’t wait that long because of work. They were able to give me a courtesy ride back to work and back to the shop when the installation was done. The front desk staff and the person that gave me a ride were both very friendly. Highly recommend!

The store manager, Ahmed Dhia, is fantastic! Very pleasant to work with and customer focused. He even offered to personally drive up to Oakland on a Friday afternoon to pick up a single tire I needed replaced. I have always found this shop to be fair and reasonable…and with Ahmed setting the service tone, I am very pleased to highly recommend them.

When it comes to my car, i do not trust easily. I go to the dealership all the time for service before but since i needed new tires, i tried out this Good Year location. It was a very helpful advisor who always help me and she is very thorough and she really cares for her clients. I came in today for my regular service and she was the helpful agent who answered my questions. I am not sure why she is still an advisor where i can see she will be a great manager to your location. Its hard to find employees like that and when you have one someone like “Desiree”, your company will have returning clients like me. Thank you Ms.Desiree! Please keep up the excellent work ☺️

I had to take my car into this location as they are partners with the rental company I received vehicle from. I noticed the vehicle sounded a bit strange but assumed it was because the car was on lift for a while and was cold. Mind you I had been there from 9am till 1pm! I understand they were short staffed and they were very apologetic and kind but once I get home I checked underneath hood because my maintenance messages light was still on. The picture explains everything. But in case you don’t noticed there is oil all over engine bay, the oil cap was not even screwed on and the dipstick is dry as dirt! If they rushed my car it would be one thing but I waited 4hrs this shouldn’t be like this. They are closed by the time I checked their work and now I have to go in early morning hopefully they fix this meantime I gotta buy a qt of oil just to put around I am not happy

My 1st experience was disappointing when I was waiting for my appointment more than 2 hours on Saturday without changing tires. Monica was able to address the issue that my tires were replaced for about an hour when I came back for the 2nd appointment. They offer a roomy waiting area.

I had to replace one tire and went there because it was close. Have been to Americas Tire previously and this is just not comparable. The staff here was super nice and got me a good discount (price match) on my niche and expensive tire. When the tire arrived the car was done within 2 hours. Will definitely go there again.

After making an appointment with the tire shop where I originally purchased my tires, I drove to Goodyear Auto Service in Cupertino. The first store told me it would take at least 90 minutes to rotate the tires even though I had an appointment. Felicia at Goodyear was able to get my car serviced immediately and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. I have purchased many sets of tires from this Goodyear location and I plan to make all future tire purchases at this location. Thank you for the great service.

This store has treated our family very well over the years. It's a corporate store rather than franchise. That's a very important distinction. We started out getting tires through mobile install through Richmond? I think. ( 2 cars, 2 sets of tires) Turns out, both sets wore out at 1/2 the mile warranty. Both were replaced at DeAnza store. Turns out, they were not designed for SUV's so should never have been installed on our cars. ( We got 1/2 the cost of old tires applied to new tires. ) Our daughter was on a 2 thousand mile road trip when she came in to get hers replaced. The fronts were clearly worn, the back would not have made it home but we're not quite worn enough but Goodyear gave her credit for all 4 and did a rush to install because she was heading out the next day. She also got alignment and some other stuff. ( Both cars now have nice, strong goodyear batteries now, as well. ) Fast forward to this weekend. Our 17 year old, 206k miles Honda pilot tires were making weird sounds. We took it in. Turns out, it was our suspension. Everything was oem. Our regular mechanic said we'd need that sooner than later so we weren't that surprised but didn't realize how bad it was! Or that the bushings had actually torn at this point.All 4 tires had significant cupping. We were on the fence about fixing or buying a new car but decided to fix it. That included getting new tires( not under warranty because it was suspension issue. ) we worked with Peter Bonsignore. He was amazing. Completely open and honest with us. Went through things step by step. Gave us whatever discounts he could because he knew we weren't expecting such a big expense. ( Struts, shoes, control arm bushings.) As I said all 17 years old, 206kmiles .. So.... As you can imagine, the difference in suspension is like the difference between a 70's Cadillac and a BMW. The tires took a day to come in but even with the old tires, they were much quieter and smoother. Definitely feel very good going to goodyear for service and recommending them to others. But, go to corporate store! We went to franchise first for warranty stuff previously and got the runaround.

Having driven from far away it was time for an oil change. I stopped somewhere else but came here because they have Valvoline Full Synthetic High Mileage oil. I also requested a full Synthetic filter. I did not have too wait long for the service and all went well. My only concern was the suggestion to replace my serpentine belt. It was changed ten days prior before I left on my long drive. The facilities were neat, fairly clean and well kept. All employees from the counter to the car were very pleasant and nice. I would come back here if I were a local.

(Updated). Thanks for the follow-up and the clear explanation, Felisha. I appreciated you take the feedback seriously. Below average experience. Had my car for services and was told it would’ve be 1-2 hours wait. Decided to stay and waited for it. After 2.5 hours closed to end of the day. The manager approached me told me an option to stay for had more hour or come back the next morning. The technician forgot my order somehow. I decided to stay for had more hour and rushed to my next event since I was late. Since it was late and dark when I picked up my car, I didn’t check the tires on site. Late the next day, I found out one of the wheel cover had a 1 inche by 0.5 inche broken off. Not recommended this place.
